"Mixed Experience at Harbor Chase Assisted Living"
When my mom first moved to Harbor Chase, we hoped for the best, but there were some issues. Her medications weren't managed properly, causing concerns about her health. Even when we reached out, it was hard to get a response from the director. The care staff tried their best, but they struggled to meet her high needs. Mom didn't enjoy the meals much, but she appreciated the cold treats. Unfortunately, she didn't engage in any activities during her stay.

"Harbor Chase of Plano: Decent but Pricey"
If you've had experience with other facilities, you'll know that Harbor Chase of Plano is decent. But it's expensive and feels like a fancy hotel.

"HarborChase excels in care, improving residents' lives significantly"
They are very responsive and listened to my concerns. Everyone there has been genuinely nice and cares about what’s best for my mom and for me. I highly recommend this place. A friend recently moved her mother-in-law here from another facility where she stayed in her room all the time. Now, she’s thriving at HarborChase.

"Unmemorable Visit to Assisted Living Facility Leaves Uncertainty"
We went on a tour of this place, but it didn't leave a big impression on us. We couldn't recall all the details, but we do remember feeling unsure if it was right for our family member.

"Nice community with caring staff, but admin communication needs improvement"
It's a nice place, and my loved one is well cared for. The director is very caring, but the admin seems too distant from the care side. Communication with the caregivers is good, but it’s weak with the administration. I’d recommend this place to others if you're aware of these issues.

"Great care and friends at Harbor Chase, staff did well"
My mom lived at Harbor Chase for about 4 years. She was well taken care of and made lots of friends. The Executive Director and Director of Nursing did a great job.

"Cozy Atmosphere, Small Suite"
The family dining room was nice, but the 2-bedroom suite we saw was a bit smaller than we wanted. Still, we liked the atmosphere.

"Friendly Staff, Great Amenities, and Fun Activities"
The place is beautiful and has a lively feel. They have great amenities and a warm, caring reception. Fresh flowers are on the tables, and there's music playing in the background. There are many activities for residents to enjoy. The apartments are well-decorated, and the staff is friendly. I was really impressed with the dining options and the menus.

"Facility Too Large, Staff Not Attentive Enough"
My loved one stayed at HarborChase for a little while, but we had to move her out after she had three falls in ten days. From our experience, it seems the place is too big for her to get around easily, and I don’t think the staff kept an eye on the residents as much as I hoped.

"Harborchase Memory Care: Unorganized and understaffed"
My mom has been living at Harborchase Memory Care for a few months, but we're planning to move her soon. The place looks nice, but there are problems with how things are run and communicated. There doesn't seem to be enough staff in the Memory care section. There aren't many activities for residents with less severe dementia. We've had issues like finding medication on the floor and inconsistent help with showers. We haven't been told about or included in a care plan. Some chairs in common areas smell like pee. The staff who greet us are nice, but the care staff need more training. Also, if you pick Harborchase for your family member, check your bill - we found mistakes on ours. We can't suggest Harborchase Memory Care.

"Great Care and Nice Environment in a Small Community"
This place is beautiful and clean. We visited and were impressed by the staff and the surroundings. The menu and activities seemed like they would be great for my mom. Even though the community is small, it's very nice. We’d suggest this place for its care and value for your loved one.

"Tour Went Well"
We took a good tour of this place. Everything went smoothly. The staff we met were kind and helpful. They answered our questions, and the whole experience was pleasant. The community looked nice from what we saw. Everyone was friendly to my family and me. Overall, it was a positive experience, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

I can't wait for my mom to move in, and she can't either! She chose her apartment a while ago, and now we're just waiting for the place to open. The staff is so kind and really cares about my mom. We feel like we're part of a wonderful family now. It’s the best decision ever!

"Not Ready Yet, But Feels Like a Five-Star Hotel!"
The facility is fantastic! It feels like a top-notch hotel from the moment you walk in. The only issue is that they aren't ready for people to move in just yet. They still need to complete some steps with state licensing as a new place.

"Impressed by Harbor Chase’s warm, secure environment and staff"
I visited Harbor Chase and was very impressed with everything I saw. The place itself was amazing, and so was the Director of Sales. She truly embodies what the company wants for its residents. Jenny said the goal is to make everyone feel loved, safe, and secure, and she did that perfectly. My father has Parkinson's, and I hope I can find a place like this for him.

"Review of HarborChase of Plano - Plano, TX"
There's nothing like this place in Plano or the Dallas Metroplex. The services and amenities are like a 5-star resort. It doesn't look or feel like an assisted living facility, but there are nurses available 24/7. You can feel the culture of respect and attentiveness right away. The executive director has been with the company for 7 years, which is rare in this industry. This company really knows what it's doing and where it's going.
