"Caring Staff and Convenient Location"
The Heart is staff is super caring. They've helped keep Mom calm during her anxiety after the hospital. I'm thankful for their support. Location was my top reason for choosing this community.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is kinda clean, but my loved one's apartment isn't. There have been lots of new managers, so when we complain, nothing happens. At first, my mom didn't need much help and could do what she liked. So it was okay that they weren't very attentive. But now she needs more help, and they're still not doing any better. Really bummed out!

"Recently renovated Heartis Arlington, good memory care but needs attention"
I liked the Heartis Arlington community because it’s recently been updated. Both the assisted living and memory care areas look great. I just moved my mom to the memory care side and have been pleased with the services so far. However, the assisted living side could use a bit more attention for the residents.

"Heartis Arlington Experience Was Disappointing"
My family and I had a bad time at Heartis Arlington. I wouldn't take any family member there again. It wasn't what we thought it would be. We can't suggest this place to anyone.

"Broken Promises, Lackluster Staff, Beware"
I'm really upset. We thought this place was great, but it's not. They said they're always available for emergencies, but they're not. They talk about fun activities every day, but hardly anyone joins in, and when they do, it's not supervised by anyone qualified. The building might look nice, but what really matters is how the staff treat my family member every day. Don't send your loved one here unless you can check in every day to make sure they're getting the care they deserve.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Value and Oversight"
My mom's rent went up 20% after already being paid! We left and found a better place with a lower rate. Now they're chasing us for leaving without 30 days' notice. They don't hire well, and staff sleep on the job. Better options exist for care.

"Good size, some issues, but overall a safe place"
This place is a good size—big enough for needs, small enough to know everyone. They’ve had issues with staff changes and some communication problems. Despite that, it’s been a good experience. I feel my loved one is safe and cared for. We’re happy she’s here.

"Memory Care Needs Improvement"
Our family visited in person. It was okay, but the memory care area seemed a bit sad and not welcoming.

"Activities and Salon Need Tweaks"
The activities directors are great, but they could bring in more outside groups for residents. Also, the salon styling and maintenance need improvement.

"Heartis Arlington: Clean, Homey, and Good Experience Overall"
I checked out about 4 other places and chose Heartis Arlington because it was clean and looked nice. It feels more homey and less like an institution compared to others. Overall, I’m happy with our choice, but I suggest staying very involved and aware of your parents’ needs.

"Staffing Issues Overshadow Pretty Facility at Heartis Arlington"
On Tuesdays, you'll receive an email about "Tasting Tuesdays". I feel like it should be "Training-Lacking Tuesdays". The employees and leadership at Heartis Arlington are not prepared or equipped to manage or guide properly. Don't be tricked by the attractive building, because the staff is really what's crucial!
