"Heartis Clearlake: A Friendly, Tasty Choice!"
My mom stayed at Heartis Clearlake, and she enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, and the food was great. I'd recommend it.

"Heartis Clearlake Review: Clean, Polite Staff, Lack of Residents"
I visited Heartis Clearlake and it was alright. The place was clean and the staff was nice. The boss mentioned that residents tend to stay in their rooms. But during my tour, I didn't see any residents out and about.

"Tour experience mixed, but facility looks nice"
The tour wasn't great. The sales rep was new and late, and she seemed unsure. I don't want to fault them too much because I'm sure she has improved. However, the facility looked very nice.

"Horrific Experience and Poor Communication at Heartis Clearlake"
Our family had a terrible time here. We visited every day during [dates removed], and spent hours hoping our relative would adjust easily. The communication was awful - both the management and staff were involved. We never knew if the right people received the right messages. The whole ordeal deeply upset us. If anyone asks us about Heartis Clearlake, we'd advise them to avoid it at all costs. The training is really bad - caregivers aren't taught as they should be. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

"Nice place, but preferred bigger rooms elsewhere"
I visited Heartis Clearlake and thought it was nice. My family chose a different place because they liked the bigger rooms and outdoor areas better.

"Cozy Community with Caring Staff"
We're really pleased with Heartis Clear Lake. The staff is friendly, and they offer activities for residents. The food smells good, and our loved one is gaining weight.

"Disappointing Care Standards and Poor Communication at Assisted Living"
When my grandpa first arrived, everything was awesome. The workers were excellent but everything changed when coronavirus showed up. They all left and the new folk they hired seemed to have no clue about Alzheimer's care. The food was top-notch in the beginning too, but then their main cook left, and everything food-wise went downhill. They neglected to keep Grandpa's bedding fresh and didn't keep him clean or shaved. It was super tough to contact any staff and they wouldn't let us know what the heck was happening. During the pandemic, poor grandpa was trapped in his room all the time. We weren't pleased and I wouldn't recommend this place.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We visited this place, and it seemed like an office building. There's no outdoor space for residents, and the tour was brief. The person who was supposed to give the tour wasn't there, so we had to wait for someone else.

"Mixed Feelings: Beautiful, Clean Facility with Consistent Changes and Increases"
I've told many people about this place, but there have been lots of staff changes and new managers. Plus, they've raised the rates three times in the last year. It's really nice inside, though, and always very neat.
