Heartis Mid Cities

"Assisted Living Facility: Mixed Experience"
My wife moved in 21 days ago. The place is bright and open. The staff is nice. But, for those 21 days, there hasn't been any hot water. Also, for almost two weeks, there's been no laundry service.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Great Services"
My family member lives at Heartis Mid Cities and we've had a very good experience there. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The care services, food, and what you get for the money are all good. If your loved one doesn't need specialized medical care, I would suggest Heartis Mid Cities to others.

"No "smell" and caring staff; high turnover in helpers"
What we like most about Heartis Mid Cities is that there is no "smell." Most of the caregivers really care for the residents. However, they could improve with the "helpers" because it seems like there is a lot of turnover in the community.

"Understaffed facility fails to provide adequate care"
Let people know, this place doesn't have enough staff. Because of this, those living here are not provided with the kind of care they should get or the kind you're paying for. I definitely wouldn't suggest this place to others.

"Pricey but nice new place with friendly staff."
I went for a tour after checking it out online. The place looked really good because it's new. Everybody who worked there was nice, but it's just too pricey for us.

"Frustrating Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. But I'm not really happy with them right now. If your family member needs help, their call light won't be answered promptly. There's a lot of staff turnover, and I have to fight to get things done. It's frustrating. My loved one is depressed, and things aren't going as they should. We pay a lot, but I end up doing tasks they're supposed to handle—like bathing, changing sheets, and dealing with medical needs. Recently, I had to get her out of bed myself after she pressed the call button for hours without a response. Their in-house pharmacy is useless, and using an outside one costs extra. It's been very frustrating.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
We've eaten there a few times with our loved one, and it's been pleasant. The activities are somewhat limited, but they do have a schedule. Housekeeping is supposed to be regular, but we're unsure if it's happening in our loved one's room. Overall, we're satisfied.

"Great facility, good food, but pricey and food varies."
Overall, it's a great facility. It's on the pricey side, so I’m not sure if it's worth the cost. We chose this place because they had a two-bedroom apartment available. The food in assisted living was good, but memory care food was very different and had fewer choices.

"Assisted Living Review: Good Food, Room for Improvement"
The food is really good here. Residents and families enjoy dining together. However, they need more training for memory care and the laundry there isn't always clean. Communication with dementia patients could be better. Caregivers are polite and respond quickly when needed. It's pricey and costs may go up.

"Unsuitable Facility for Alzheimer's Care And Overall Safety"
Terrible place for folks who require any help with memory problems. Despite being a new building, the scale of mental health issues is hazardous for the unsuspecting residents living there too. Leaving your beloved ones here and thinking they're well-monitored isn't safe at all.

"Beautiful Facility, Poor Management: A Disappointing Experience"
I've been here for more than 3 weeks, staying with my sister. Three of the aides she really relies on have left. The boss says they're treated well, but the good workers are paid badly, have too much to do, and aren't appreciated. I haven't managed to talk to him yet, he's avoiding me. The place looks nice, but the people in charge don't do a good job. I'll keep trying to sort this out. Medicare will hear about it!

The facility is new and modern. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious. My parents really liked it but unfortunately it out of their price range.

"Top-notch memory care facility with collaborative programs; awaiting opening."
I was really impressed with this place. They offer special care for people with memory issues, which I think is great. They even make programs with ideas from the residents and tenants. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that they're not open yet.
