"Concerns Over Care and Staff Stability at Heartis Assisted Living"
I haven't been impressed with Heartis. Right after my husband got there, the top two bosses quit. A few days later, the money boss left too. The new boss left after just two weeks. If my husband wasn't getting physical, occupational, and speech therapy, plus seeing a doctor, I'd take him out. It's really hard to get answers about his care. His clothes aren't getting changed. I saw him wearing the same clothes on Tuesday that he wore the previous Saturday. There weren't any dirty clothes in his laundry basket. He might not be getting showers either.

"Mixed Experience with Heartis Assisted Living, Potential for Improvement"
When my dad moved into Heartis, there was a lot of change happening among the admin and executive staff. The prices and rules seemed different depending on who you talked to. Despite this, they stuck to everything they had given us in writing. The caregivers are really amazing and super friendly. Plus, the food is really good. The Activities Director and Chef are both great! I hope they find a new boss and business person who keep the friendly community feeling at Heartis.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Service Expectations"
My family has been really let down by the service at Heart is lately. Several times, my mom had to wait over an hour for breakfast because the cooks didn't come in. The servers are really slow, and sometimes everyone else has to help out. The people who are supposed to answer the call buttons take forever to show up. It's a nice place with lots of promise, but they're having big problems with their staff.

"Great care in Memory Care and excellent hospice team."
I believe the assisted living here is really good. The Memory Care unit can be tough because the residents are either very sick or not very aware. Despite these challenges, the staff did a great job. The hospice team they work with is excellent. The administrator found this top-notch hospice group and has made sure they stay with the community.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises and Care Standards"
The workers were nice, but they lacked support. The place talks big about helping people with dementia, but it's all talk. They don't really understand it. It's just a regular place with lots of people leaving and not showing up for work. They said there would be lots of food choices, but there weren't. They didn't make plans for how to take care of people. A lot of people left, and the new people didn't know what they were doing. They didn't know how to help people move safely. There weren't enough people working, and sometimes there was only one person all night. Sometimes, they didn't check on people for a long time, and they could be in trouble. The place wasn't very clean. They promised a lot but didn't do a good job, and it was expensive. Don't believe everything they tell you.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We had a pretty good time at the place and liked the boss, but there were many new people working as helpers. There aren't enough helpers in such a big place to help everyone properly. It's the same for the special place they have for people with memory issues. If your family member needs help, they might not always get it. I'd say it's better for folks who can do more things on their own.

"Great place, chose another for convenience"
I really liked this place. We picked a different one because it was closer to our house. Great place and a very good tour.

"Large, busy, lots of activities, good rooms, many caregivers."
I toured on [date]. It’s a large, busy place with lots of activities, but it would be too overwhelming for my dad. It's a great place for people who want a lot of entertainment. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and modern features. There are many caregivers available.
