"All Show, No Care: Impressive Facade Masks Poor Service"

Such a letdown. We really believed this would be the perfect spot for our mom. But, she didn't get the assistance she required. She even slipped and broke her hip, and we've got no idea how much time she spent lying on the ground. Now, they're charging us for a full month, even though she only spent four days there. The building may look appealing, but don't be fooled... it's merely a glamorous hotel and nothing more.

"Food and Service Fall Short at Heritage Creek"

My dad has been living at Heritage Creek for about a month. This place is really clean and the employees are nice. However, my dad often has to ask multiple times for clean towels for his showers. The food isn't great. I ate there with my dad last week and the pork chops had bones and too much seasoning. It's not good for seniors who have difficulty cutting their food, they should serve boneless meals. The veggies, which looked like either carrots or sweet potatoes, were undercooked and flavorless. I dined with my dad and three other residents who weren't pleased with the food, they complained about it without me even asking. The service wasn't good either. Everyone was served at different tables and the food was lukewarm by the time it arrived. They randomly brought dishes to tables instead of serving each table one at a time. The food definitely needs to get better.

"Very nice, hotel layout. 1-bed, 2-..."

Feels like a hotel. 1-bed, 2-bath best. Large studio cramped.

"Don't Trust this Facility, Treating Residents and Veterans Unfairly"

This facility isn't good at all. I urge you not to take any relative here. The owners ill-treat both staff and residents. They lack any idea of professionalism. She is the most insincere person I've known. They seem as if they're God-loving, but they're certainly not. They put the blame on the Director for their own failures and their hunger for money. They intimidate the residents so they're too afraid to even speak to the state. Nobody wants to stay there, even the residents. Although the building is nice, the services are awful. You're warned to tread carefully here. They don't even admit veterans.

"Spacious New Facility, May Need More Nurses Soon!"

This place is really cool, it's big and brand new. It's so big, you won't feel crowded. But sometimes, they might need more nurses because there's a lot of people here. But since it's new, they'll probably hire more soon!

"Misleading ads, poor service, high turnover: Beware!"

This place promises good food but delivers the same for everyone. High staff turnover, misleading ads.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

The assisted living facility looked beautiful, but the activities were limited. They stopped bus outings during Covid and never resumed. Since it's family-owned, they have the right to decide. However, we worried it would confine Mom without other independence. Not a good fit.

"Friendly Staff and Tasty Food—A Great Place for Mom!"

If you need a nice place for your mom or dad, check this out. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. The food is tasty, and they offer choices. They have entertainment every month, including arts and crafts and Bingo. My mom really enjoyed it here.

"Limited Activities and High Staff Turnover at Assisted Living"

Unhappy with the care from the owners. No solutions were given for our worries about a number of problems. There aren't many activities. Most people living there use wheelchairs. If your family member can walk around more, you might want to think about other places because they don't offer much for those who can move around more. The shared spaces are decorated very well, but the rooms are tiny. It seems like the staff changes a lot.

"Assisted Living Disappointment"

We were let down. We hoped it'd help our mom. But she didn't get enough aid. She hurt her hip there, and we're not sure how long she lay on the floor. Now they want us to pay for the whole month when she was only there for 4 days. The building looks nice, but don't be fooled. It's more like a fancy hotel than a caring place.

"Room for Improvement: Mixed Experience at Heritage Creek Assisted Living"

My dad's been at Heritage Creek for a month. The place is clean and staff are nice. Sometimes Dad has to ask for clean towels a few times. The food isn't good. Last week, I ate with Dad and the pork chops had bones in them and were too seasoned. Older folks who can't cut their food should get boneless pork chops. The veggie was either carrots or sweet potatoes, couldn't tell, and they weren't cooked and had no taste. I sat with Dad and three others, and we all complained about the bad food without me even asking them. The service was bad too. They served residents at different tables, and the food wasn't very hot when it got there. They would take plates to tables randomly instead of serving one table at a time. There's a lot of room for improvement with the food and service.

"Unpleasant Experience: Avoid This Assisted Living Facility"

Don't choose this place. It's bad for your family member. The owners are mean to staff and residents. They don't act like professionals. Christina isn't genuine. They pretend to be religious but aren't. They blame the Director for their mistakes and only care about money. They scare residents from talking to the state. Nobody likes being there, not even the residents. The building is nice, but the services are crowded. Be careful if you go. They don't accept veterans.
