The people who worked there were nice and knew a lot.

"Inconsistent Service and Facilities at Assisted Living Facility"
The apartments for independent care are pretty good. However, there's this emergency pull chain that never works. When my folks moved in, the food was tasty. But since management changed, even my dog refuses to eat it.

"Great place with friendly staff, but details need improvement."
The place looks great and is very clean. The staff are friendly and seem to offer lots of care and activities. However, they could be better at making sure things like changing my dad are done.
