"Urgent Investigation Needed for Neglectful Assisted Living Facility"
This facility is dreadfully bad. They totally ignore the needs of the people living there. They don't even help them with bathing. Shockingly, people wander out of the facility at night and nobody even raises an eyebrow. There is an urgent need for authorities to look into this place seriously.

"Not Ideal for Memory Care"
We visited Heritage Park Village when considering care for a family member. It felt nice, with friendly staff, but wasn't ideal for memory care.

"Mixed Impressions"
This place was pleasant. I didn’t see many folks because of the new wings. They offer good care services, but my memory of the tour is fuzzy.
