"Friendly staff make facility feel like home, not just a hotel"
The facility is well-kept and smells fresh, like a home. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help both residents and their families. If they don’t know an answer, they find it and get back to you. At first, the place feels like a hotel, but it quickly feels like home once you settle in. The staff are amazing.

"Affordable but Care Needs Improvement, Especially on Weekends"
We haven't tried the meals or dining services. The cost here is lower than other places we visited. Mom’s care has been tough; I have to keep reminding them. She still doesn’t get evening care at bedtime. They don’t check her depends often enough. They also haven’t put a pad in her chair like I asked. Changing her sheets once a week isn’t enough for someone with these issues! The weekend staff isn’t good, so I’m looking at other places.
