"Dirty Facility, Unkind Staff and Long Waits: A Disappointing Visit"
As soon as we stepped inside, the grime and unpleasant smell hit us. The employee who showed us round wasn't kind at all, plus we were kept waiting for so long. Honestly, the whole experience was simply not enjoyable.

"Homelike feel desired, friendly staff, but too institutionalized environment."
The people at Hilltop Park were nice and told us lots of useful stuff. But the place felt too much like an institution. We wanted somewhere that felt more like home.
