"Very positive experience with caring staff and great facilities."

Overall, a very positive experience with the assisted living facility. The staff was caring and responsive to our needs. The place is clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The activities and wellness programs are well-planned and plentiful. We only had one chance to eat in the dining room before COVID-19, but it was very good. The new CATIE system seems like a good addition, offering more communication tools. I was most impressed with the staff's attitude and spirit—everyone from the security guard to the receptionist and maintenance staff was pleasant, caring, and friendly. I also appreciated the beautiful grounds and landscaping. The decorations and themes in the corridors and display areas were done with care and thoughtfulness. Well done.

"Holly Hall: A perfect place to live with great care"

My husband and I have been at Holly Hall for two years, and it's been perfect for us. Holly Hall is a small, caring community on 20 beautiful, well-kept acres. It's close to the medical center and has easy access to the museum district and downtown. Everyone here, both residents and staff, are friendly and helpful. We live in independent living but can get assisted living and healthcare if needed. Holly Hall is also quite affordable compared to many other places. I highly recommend Holly Hall as a great place to live.

"I Took A Tour!!"

The assisted living community looked lovely. The guide knew a lot and treated us to lunch, which was nice. The food tasted good, and they had many fun activities.

"Beautiful Facility But Lacks Adequate Staff and Communication"

Holly Hall seems nice if you don't need help. Apartments are cheap and roomy. But if you need care, the staff isn't enough and they're not trained well. Managers don't talk to families, and folks in Assisted Living and Health Care often don't get the help they need.

"Holly Hall: Nice but Lacking Sufficient Care"

Holly Hall looks great if you don't need much help. It has cheap, good-sized apartments. However, if you need a lot of care, it's a different story. Holly Hall doesn't have enough staff and they aren't trained well. The bosses often fail to talk to family members and a lot of the time, people who live there and need help are ignored.
