The staff keeps changing all the time. The new owners completely redid the place and then asked for donations to throw a staff holiday party. They're also putting up a new building next door.

"Poor Care and Communication at The Pearl"
My family member lives at The Pearl Senior Living, and it's been a nightmare! I'm moving them out soon. The staff barely communicates with residents and their families. They're also really disorganized with medication. And to top it off, they called an ambulance for my loved one without even telling me, and still haven't!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The people working there were nice. But, there weren't many things to do. The old folks stayed in their rooms a lot. The food didn't seem tasty. I didn't eat because it looked too cooked. But, my husband isn't picky. I might suggest it, but it depends on how much attention they give to forgetful patients.

"Assisted Living Disappoints: No Diabetes Care, Time Wasted"
The tour at Inspired Living at Lewisville wasn't good. I told them about my loved one's diabetes before we came. But when we got there, they said they didn't have enough nurses for diabetes care. It felt like a waste of time.

"Great staff, good value, pleasant experience, helpful, nice amenities."
The staff was really nice. The place was worth the money. It was nice being there, and they helped a lot. I chose this place because the people were friendly, the stuff they offered was good, the food was nice, and the apartments were just the right size.

"Neglected Elderly Relative at "Horrible" Assisted Living Facility"
The place was terrible. They talk big game to get you to choose them. All the online reviews seemed promising. I'm sure they paid people to write those. My relative was there less than two months before I took him out. A bigger company took over because of so many issues. The laundry room was a mess. The floor in my relative's room was so dirty; when I used a Swiffer, the pad turned black from cleaning just a small spot. They didn't even give him his medication when they should have. One night, the agency nurse walked out and left him there. The next day, his nurse-administered medication wasn't given. No one checked on him all day. By the time I showed up at 5 pm, he was stuck halfway on his bed, his mouth was parched, and his incontinence products were totally soaked. I feel like I was tricked and fooled.

We visited several places, and they were all excellent. Eventually, we found the perfect location for our loved one.

My experience here has been really good. Sometimes they don't have enough staff which makes things a bit harder. The things we do for fun are improving. The people in charge really care about us residents.

"Decline in Quality at Inspired Living Assisted Living Facility"
My parent moved into Inspired Living. At first, everything was good, but lately, things have been going downhill. There have been many changes in the people in charge and the ones doing the cleaning and serving food. I guess it's happening everywhere around here. The cooks don't seem to care much about making tasty meals; they're either overcooked or undercooked and lack seasoning. Sometimes they even run out of food that they could easily get from the nearby Tom Thumb store. The nurses are new and look like they have too much to do.

"Happy residents, kind staff, and great food."
Mom loves living here; she's so happy and content. Her room suits her well, and she's already made some friends. She thinks all the residents are happy and friendly. Mom thinks the world of the staff, and so do we. They are kind, compassionate, and very attentive. I believe mom loves the food, especially the cinnamon rolls. This has been such a positive experience, and I'm thrilled everything is working out. We would recommend this community.

"Poorly Managed Assisted Living Facility Neglects Resident's Needs"
Don't recommend this place. My dad got sick with Covid here. When he went to the hospital, they wouldn't let him come back. They moved him somewhere else, but he stayed in the hospital for 16 days. We couldn't even visit him. And when he died, his wedding ring disappeared. He wasn't even in the facility for July, but they still tried to charge us. They didn't even say sorry when he passed away. The bathrooms weren't clean enough. And they won't let us take my dad's stuff home without hiring movers. When we finally got his stuff, a lot of it was missing or broken, even personal things. I'm really mad at this place. And the boss was rude too.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"
I don't suggest this place. My dad got Covid here and couldn't return after hospital. Bathrooms need better cleaning, not done well enough. Some staff are unprofessional, very unhappy with this facility.
