"Assisted Living Facility Fails to Provide Promised Care for Residents"
My sister-in-law's been there for 4 months. We're looking elsewhere. She's very overweight and needs a lot of help with everyday things like eating, getting dressed, cleaning, and bathing. She also has medical conditions that need special care. This place said they could handle it all, but things went downhill fast. I've complained to everyone in charge, but nothing changes. They don't have enough staff, and it's not fair to my sister-in-law. We're paying for services they're not giving. I'm giving them 1 star because there's no option for 0. Don't go here. The last 3 good reviews are just from people who took a tour.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
Inspired Living is a really clean place, but they don't keep our loved ones' apartments tidy. The floors are sticky, and it seems like they never dust. The food is terrible, and our loved ones won't eat it. They have an activities sheet, but we're not sure how much they actually do. The cost is way too high for what they offer. We picked this place for medical attention, but it's been a big disappointment. When our loved ones press the alert button, it takes staff members over 30 minutes to arrive.

The staff couldn’t handle my loved one’s needs. I wouldn’t suggest this place to others.

"New Facility with Resort-like Ambiance and Accessibility"
We checked out several places but this was our first stop. We were really impressed because it's brand new and feels almost like a resort. Everyone was super nice too. The rooms are great, especially for wheelchairs. Overall, we left with a good feeling about it.

"Great care and family-like atmosphere at Inspired!"
I moved my dad in about 3 weeks ago, and he's now joining activities and has people to eat with. The staff is really attentive and on top of things. His medication is given on time. The staff makes him feel like he's part of the family. We're so happy we chose Inspired!
