"Great aides, but no alarms or enough staff in memory care"
I’d share some things we didn’t know: they don’t have alarms in the memory care rooms, so if someone falls, there’s no way to alert others. Also, there are only two aides for twenty residents. We do like it here, though. They are very communicative. I check in every day, and they are quick to respond. I feel my loved one is safe, even with the call button issue. The aides are great; they are friendly and take extra care with the residents. I’d recommend Isle at Watercrest.

"Promises not met, mediocre food, high charges, convenient haircuts."
Lots of promises, little action. Mediocre food, high charges. Convenient haircuts.

"Top Recommendation for Assisted Living Community"
This place is really great. I believe it's the best choice for anyone looking for assisted living. I would definitely tell others to consider it.

"Neglect and Lack of Cleanliness in Assisted Living Facility"
My experience at this facility was not good. If a friend asked me, I'd tell them to look for care elsewhere. I don't think they take enough care of the people staying there, especially when you consider the price. Over two months, my husband fell three times. His third fall landed him in the hospital, and I chose not to send him back there. The caregivers were alright, but they didn't pay enough attention. His room was not kept clean either.

"Inadequate Care at Isle of Watercrest, Mansfield"
The people in charge at Isle of Watercrest, Mansfield didn't do a good job. When my mom moved there, things were okay, but then the head nurse and boss left. After that, it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. When I visited for Christmas, my mom wasn't doing well at all. She wasn't eating or drinking enough, and nobody seemed to notice. Even when we told them, they didn't do much about it. I tried talking to the big bosses, but they just said my mom wasn't complaining, so there wasn't a problem. But my mom is old and forgetful, so she might not always say when something's wrong. They even tried to kick her out, but I got a lawyer and stopped them. It didn't make sense because they said her care level hadn't changed. The people who run the place ignored me when I tried to talk to them. I asked them to help my mom walk more so she wouldn't get weaker, but they didn't do much. And one worker even hung out in my mom's apartment without asking, which was really strange. The bosses there don't take responsibility for their mistakes, and they didn't check on my mom's health like they were supposed to. They even forgot to give her some of her medicine when she moved in. It was a mess.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Didn’t start well. Scheduled an appointment, but they didn’t know. The person I was supposed to meet wasn’t there. Met the Activity Director—she was great. The facility is nice, and the apartment could work for my mom. If she goes, staff needs to improve after their initial hiccup.

"Not quite my fit."
This big 3-part place was decent, but not my match.
