"Plain Dining Room at Grandview Falls Short"
We visited Grandview of Westover Hills. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant, but Mom didn't like the plain dining room. Other places had fancier setups. Our guide was polite.

"Comfortable and Friendly Assisted Living with Personal Touches"
I think Grandview of Westover Hills is a great fit for me. The staff is super nice and helpful. I like that I can bring my own things. Having my own furniture is a big plus for me. My apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave and a full-sized fridge. The sink is easy to reach with my wheelchair. I have a big window that brings in lots of natural light and overlooks a courtyard. While it's not very big, my hospital bed and wheelchair fit well. I also have a dressing area and bathroom. Overall, it's very comfortable for me. I would recommend it to others based on my positive experience. It might be right for you too, but you should come and check it out for yourself.

"Feeling pressured, not the best vibe; not the right fit."
I thought Grandview of Westover Hills was okay, but the person in charge of selling made me feel like I had to decide quickly. It didn't feel right for my family member.

"Nice place, helpful staff, but impersonal virtual tour"
We thought Grandview of Westover looked really nice. The staff was helpful. But their virtual tour wasn’t personal; it was just pre-recorded videos instead of someone walking us around. We also had trouble finding a place for our multiple pets.

"Great Tour, But Few Staff Seen"
Our family went on a tour and we liked it. The marketing lady was great even before the tour. She gave us helpful info over the phone to calm us down and reduce stress. She was very supportive. But, we didn’t see many staff around, which was a bit worrying.

"Assisted Living Review Summary"
The one-bedroom apartments are really nice. This place is geared towards people who can mostly take care of themselves, not those who need a lot of help. My family member didn't like the food, and they didn't handle dietary needs well.

"Assisted Living: Good Staff, Isolated Experience"
Before COVID, I visited my mom a lot. I never saw any activities with the residents. The staff are nice, and the food is good. They're friendly and kind, but it's very isolated—no interactions with the residents. I'd rate it 3 stars.

"Desirable Facility with Distance Concerns"
The virtual tour of Grandview was really nice and beautiful. I watched the video on my computer, but there wasn't any interaction while I was watching. However, the main issue was the distance. I needed something closer to the Wurzbach/IH10 area.

"Clean and Inclusive, But Insulin Management Issue"
The place was really clean and they were renovating. Most services were included, so you don’t get charged extra for everything. I’m definitely going to try to get Mom in there. The only issue is that Mom needs both long and short term insulin, which they can’t handle. I’ll have to see if we can switch to one shot and oral meds.

"Limited Inclusive Amenities Pose Challenges for Private Pay Residents"
The facility is really nice, but it doesn't include everything. This makes planning harder when you're paying on your own.

The place was very clean and welcoming. I liked the rooms, and she's friendly, as was the staff. The courtyard was nice, and it was close to family.

"Empty Promises at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is nice! The staff are really good with my parents. But our main worry is that some staff members make empty promises to my parents, especially about renovating their room, yet they haven't done it.
