"Lovely Place with Great Residents and Activities"
Ledgestone Senior Living is a really nice place, and the people who live there are great. The amenities and activities are fantastic. The facility is clean, and the meals taste good and not like a hospital. They even include a free continental breakfast. The staff are helpful, but sometimes communication is a bit of a challenge because the staff change often. Overall, it's a pretty happy place to be!

"Beware of Ledgestone Senior Living's Deceptive Practices"
Don't trust Ledgestone Senior Living with your loved ones! They only care about making money, and they'll do anything to get you to move in. Once you sign the lease and move in, you're on your own - good luck! Their management team is trained to deceive seniors, and their company, Civitas, is the worst to deal with. Stay away from this nightmare!

"Positive experience with friendly staff and good security."
We picked Ledgestone because it's close to our home, and the staff is super friendly. The security is top-notch—they check everything. They have programs, and if your loved one joins activities, you get a text about it. Dealing with our loved one's COVID situation was tough, and sometimes we struggled to get answers. Overall, it's been good, and I'd recommend it to others.

"Good Activities, Lacks Personal Touch"
This place is pretty new and has lots of stuff to do like bible study, bingo, crafts, and music. They've got 49 rooms open at the end of June. It's clean and there are things going on in the courtyard. You gotta bring your own TV and phone if you want one though. Everybody seems busy, but they're nice, even if they're not super chatty.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place was super clean, and the staff was really nice and helpful. The outdoor areas with gardens were really nice. Lunch was okay, but the chocolate chip cookies were awesome. We met some residents who seemed really happy and comfortable. Some have been there since it first opened. One man was not happy at all, but I think he would be unhappy anywhere!

"Inept Staff and Atrocious Care at Civitas Senior Living Facility"
I would strongly advise against entrusting anyone you care about to this location or to any establishment managed by Civitas Senior Living. My parents, both Alzheimer's patients, were temporarily admitted to this facility while my immediate family took a brief sabbatical from caregiving. The quality of care was atrocious. My mother was unsanitary when I came to get her, as was their shared room. The staff didn't seem to have any clue about the situation. All I received were shrugs and apologies. I reached out to the parent company with complaints, but despite numerous discussions, no satisfactory explanation was provided. There were countless excuses and untruths (for example, they claimed my mother, who hasn't been able to dress herself or perform personal hygiene in years, suddenly became fully independent). Both of my parent's medication regimens were significantly mismanaged. When I questioned what actions were being taken to correct the clear deficiencies in staff performance, care, and communication, I was told by the Operations EVP that all they could do was ensure such incidents wouldn't repeat. Apparently, the employee who significantly mismanaged my parents' care plan was upset enough to shed tears during their meeting that morning, as if their emotional reaction should concern me. I guaranteed the Operations EVP that there had been significantly more tears shed in my household regarding this issue. Lastly, the first vice president I talked with was unhelpful and did not answer my questions, but rather expended my time explaining things I was already well versed in. I could barely interject. I implore you to keep far away from this establishment!!!!

"Friendly Residents, Mediocre Food, and Limited TV Options"
The food and service at this assisted living facility have seen better days. With constant changes in chefs and possibly a tighter food budget, the quality has slipped from top-notch to just okay. The number of servers has also been cut back. If you need something fixed or added, like safety bars, you might have to wait a while. There's only one maintenance guy for the whole place, so it could be days or even weeks before he gets to you. On the bright side, the people living here are really nice, the facility is kept clean, and the staff is polite and ready to help with lots of issues. One big downside is that the only TV service available is Time Warner/Spectrum, which doesn't have the best reputation for customer service. It feels like there's always some issue popping up.
