"Excellent Staff and Activities, Room for Improvement in Dining Options"
This assisted living facility is really good. The people who work there are very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to everyone else. They always try to involve my family members in different activities, which is great. The food could be better sometimes, according to my family, but they haven't asked the kitchen staff for different options. My sister, parents, and I are happy with this place. It would be nice if they had apartments with two bedrooms, though. Another good thing is they offer temporary care services too, even though we haven't used that yet.

"Memory Care Neglected, Unsafe Conditions at Legacy at Falcon Point"
My mom stays at Legacy at Falcon Point and she’s doing okay. The food is great, the staff is nice, and the place looks nice and smells clean. But when we moved my dad to Memory care, it was a different story. It looks nice and clean, but there aren't enough staff. Two out of the last three nights, there was no one there. Our sitter had to ask for help, but no one came. We talked to the head nurse and manager, but it's still not fixed. They say they're short on workers, but leaving Memory care patients alone isn't safe. They only have one caregiver for 6-10 Memory patients and 80-100 Assisted living residents. Is this even allowed? Shame on you, Legacy at Falcon Point.

"Compassionate Staff and Supportive Environment at The Legacy Assisted Living"
My mom didn't stay here long, but I really liked how they helped us even after she passed. They were understanding about us needing time to sort through her things. The director, [name removed], and the managers, [name removed] and [name removed], were especially patient and kind. All the staff members were nice and helpful. I'd suggest The Legacy at Falcon Point to other families.

"Positive Experience at Assisted Living Community"
Our experience at this community has been really good. Overall, we are very happy here. They have activities such as exercise programs, balloon volleyball, bingo, and trips to places like Goodwill. We are new here, but my mom is extremely happy. They have fewer staff right now due to Covid, but they manage it well. Communication is excellent, and we are very pleased. The food is also liked by my loved one. All the staff are wonderful, kind, and friendly.

"Unsatisfied with Loved One's Care; Poor Communication"
My dear relative spent 8 weeks in this place and unbelievably she lost 20 pounds. I didn't get the impression that they took good care of her. The back-and-forth communication wasn't impressive and they didn't make any effort to keep us in the loop about her situation. I personally wouldn't advise others to consider this facility.

"Great Experience Despite Limited Access"
The short time my mom was here, we had a great experience. We didn’t have a lot of access to things because of the virus, but they were attentive and well-staffed. We were happy with the care she got. They were always good at communicating and keeping us informed.

"Good Care, Quick Solutions, Recommended Facility"
You get what you pay for, so know the level of care your loved one needs. They had some issues that I had to address, but they handled them quickly. I would recommend this place to others.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Activities and Reopening Salon"
We had a virtual tour, and I’m giving this place four stars based on talking to the staff and the virtual visit. They’re good at addressing any problems, and they listen to our ideas. They organize bingo and other activities for the residents, and the hair salon is reopening. So far, we like it here. We’ve even told our friends that we’re happy with this community.”

"Wonderful care, activities, and facilities—highly recommend!"
We moved our parents to Legacy after a great tour and many emails and phone calls. They always responded quickly. Legacy offers many activities, like puzzles, games, a chapel for Sunday services and Bible studies. They also have volleyball (even for wheelchair users), bingo, and family activities. The building is always clean and nicely decorated. They have everything needed, from a mini store and snacks to taking residents out for meals, doctor visits, or shopping. I recommend Legacy at Falcon Point for any level of care your loved one needs.

"Staff Rushed and Place Not Welcoming for Parents"
I visited this place but it didn't wow me. As soon as I got there, I could tell it wasn't the best spot for my folks. The area for patients with dementia was away from the main building, and the room was quite tiny, with an air conditioner. The mood wasn't welcoming and the workers seemed rushed; they weren't too friendly. In the end, I chose not to move my parents there.

"Great place, no pool"
I visited this place when I needed a room for my dad. We liked the staff and the place was nice. The menu looked good and the activities list was helpful. They didn't have a swimming pool, which my dad needed. We recommend other families check out this place for their loved ones.

"A Caring Community"
We really liked this community. The staff is very caring and attentive. They offered activities that she participated in. She appreciated the cleanliness of the community. While we appreciate the care, this community is quite expensive. We recommend that other families consider both the cost and the quality of care they're seeking.

"Legacy offers unique, engaging activities and community involvement."
Legacy is more active with their residents compared to other places we visited. They focus on activities that train the mind, make it fun, get residents out of their rooms, help them connect with other residents, and go on weekly outings to shop or attend cultural events. While other facilities claim to offer these things, we liked that Legacy helps residents stay independent by involving them in the outside community. They have been extremely caring and supportive to my mother-in-law. The transition has been tough for her, but we can't blame the staff.

"Neglected Residents and Understaffing Ruins Experience."
The level of care at this assisted living facility really disappointed me. There weren’t enough staff to meet the needs of the residents. They were often tardy in seeing to my relative's needs, and sometimes, they didn't show up at all. Unfortunately, due to this neglect, my family member became ill. The only positive aspect was that the place was tidy and orderly. But that's the only compliment I can give. I've since moved my loved one to a different facility.

"Warm, helpful staff make Legacy a great place for Mom"
I knew right away this place was special. As soon as I walked in, I felt warm and happy. The staff is very helpful and knows a lot. My mom is doing well and loves all the activities. She’s really benefited from having three meals a day and someone to help with her medications. I highly recommend Legacy!

"My Parents Love Living Here!"
My mom and dad have been at the Legacy for 3 months. They don’t need much physical care, but they wanted to be around people and have lots of activities. I like that the prices cover everything, so if they need more help later, I won’t have to pay a lot more! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Everyone, from the housekeeper to the director, knows all the residents’ names and always gives hugs and makes them smile. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the Legacy and knowing my parents are happy!

"Good Facility, But Not Ideal For Serious Health Conditions"
We were pretty upset when we found out that Legacy at Falcon Point wouldn't give her all her medication. They didn't have permission to give her insulin, but nobody told us that at the beginning. We only left her there for five days before we had to pull her out. The place is real nice, just not right for folks that have serious health problems.

"The Legacy at Falcon Point"
I visited four different places in the Katy area, but I felt good about The Legacy as soon as I walked in. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive and really caring. They always go above and beyond to help. Family members are treated just as kindly as the residents. The place is beautiful!

"Tour: Impressive facilities, Trusty Guide: Parents Moving In Soon"
They showed us around. My sister and I are seeking a home for our folks. Every person and the community, or as they call it, made a great impression on me. I'm 57 and I wouldn't mind staying there myself, was awesome. Come to find out, my sister has had a relationship with them through other business for years. She confirmed they have always been just and truthful. So we'll be setting up our folks there as soon as they're ready.

"A Welcoming Place with Great Care, Needs Faster Dining Service"
The management and staff at Legacy make residents and their families feel very welcome from the start. The employees at all levels are engaged, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Some even go beyond their job responsibilities (like Jerry). The facility is well maintained both inside and outside. There are many different activities every day for residents to join. The medical care is excellent in every way. Staff making medical suggestions based on what they see has been helpful several times. The facility is great at handling billing and long-term care insurance issues. The food is usually pretty good. One area that needs improvement is the dining service. It can be slow sometimes, and fixing wrong orders can be challenging.

"The Legacy: Resort-like Assisted Living with Great Staff"
From the moment we visited six weeks ago, we were very impressed. The place is new, clean, and feels like a resort—nothing like typical assisted living. On our first visit, we saw two staff members playing a game with a resident. We looked at a few places, but The Legacy impressed us so much that choosing it for my parents was easy. While all assisted living facilities are pricey, this one offered good value. We liked the flat fee instead of a 'nickel and dime' billing process. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful every time we visited. They made sure the transition was smooth and even let us set up my parents' new home a week before they moved in today. When my father greeted my mother with 'Welcome to our new home,' it warmed my heart! After two months apart, I finally feel at ease with them being together again. You won’t regret choosing The Legacy—it's guaranteed!

"“Top-Notch Facility with Outstanding Staff”"
I went to Legacy with my mom to learn about what’s available in the west Houston area. We really liked the rooms, common spaces, and how friendly the staff was. Even though the community is still growing, I’m sure it’ll be a popular place for future residents.
