"Needs Improvements for Residents' Comfort"
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility looks beautiful and tidy. However, the monthly rate covers very little beyond room and board. Residents must provide their own paper goods and toiletries. Unfortunately, no one takes responsibility for hearing aids and glasses except the memory care residents, who often struggle to manage them. As a result, expensive hearing aids are frequently lost. The facility needs more activities to fight boredom, increased supervision, and additional exercise opportunities. Also, the outdoor space requires awnings for shade and swings.

"Mixed Feelings About Legacy of the South Plains"
Legacy of the South Plains seemed nice, but it was too large. We didn't appreciate staff taking us into residents' rooms without asking.

"Mixed Experience at The Legacy"
We visited The Legacy at South Plains, but it turned out to be quite different from the place we ultimately chose. The facility felt more like a hotel because of its size. We were looking for something cozier and more like home. During the tour, we didn't see anyone outside; all the residents were in their rooms.

"Assisted Living: Pretty, Caring Staff, but Activities Lack Value"
This place looks nice with fancy decorations. The staff is super nice and caring. We're happy they're starting to bring back activities for residents. But for the amount we're paying, we expect more bang for our buck.

"Good Choice for Assisted Living"
We picked Legacy at South Plains because it’s close to family and a newer place. The lady who showed us around was great, but she’s no longer here. Communication has been good, although staff turnover has been high. Despite a tough year, I’d recommend them for assisted living.”

"Senior Living Community Review: Luxurious Atmosphere, Expensive, Worthwhile Visit"
Legacy is a big new place for older folks to live. It's really pretty, more like a fancy hotel than a cozy home, though! There are lots of things to do for people at different ages, and the food in the dining room is great. The staff was super helpful when I asked about what would be best for my parents, who need different levels of help. It costs a lot of money, though. Still, it's worth checking out. I met a 100-year-old person who seemed really lively and interested in what's going on!

"Not Super Impressed"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my parents. It felt more like an apartment building than a community. I wasn't super impressed. The outdoor area was lacking, and everything seemed focused on indoor activities. But it's a new facility, so it's very clean and looks nice. The person who gave us the tour knew a lot about what they offer.

"We Liked It"
I really wanted my mom to live here, but she had her heart set on something else when we made the decision. Still, this place is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Everyone seems happy and healthy. Plus, they have an assisted living section in case Mom ever needs it. The second-floor balcony is massive and even has a sports bar – perfect for my sports-loving mom. Ultimately, she chose a different community because of her friends there.

"Beautiful Community with Attentive Staff"
This community is beautiful, with lots of amenities for residents. The staff impressed me by showing me around, answering my questions, and making me feel welcome. I’d recommend taking a tour here. However, the pricing didn’t match my budget.

"Great Place to Be!"
My mom moved into this community recently, and everything has been great. The staff helped her transition smoothly, and she feels at home. The meals are delicious, and she enjoys the activities with other residents. We're very happy with our choice.
