"Staff Excellence Defines Legend of Mansfield"
My folks picked this spot because they really liked the layout and where it's located. They've been living here for more than two years and they're happy with their choice. The people working here make Legend of Mansfield way better than other places. Everyone, from the person in charge to the helpers, is super kind and honest. It's a great place to call home.

The service here is good. They serve tasty meals, keep everything clean and working, and the people who work here are really nice.

"Avoid this facility! Poor care, unresponsive staff, uncomfortable environment."
I wouldn't suggest this place for a few reasons. When we brought my mom here in the summer of 2022, it was her first time in assisted living. Everything seemed fine until she actually moved in. My mom was really friendly and always nice to everyone. But then some problems started happening. One of the caregivers wouldn't bring her meal to her room because she didn't want to eat in the dining area. When we told the Marketing Director about this, she didn't do anything about it. The people in maintenance didn't help either. The main nurse didn't seem to care much and didn't act very fair. There were a few caregivers who made things uncomfortable because my mom didn't say yes ma'am to them. We put up cameras to see what was happening, and then they started treating us even worse. The food wasn't good either. We told them about all these problems, but they didn't fix anything. We ended up moving my mom out, but she passed away during the move. Thanks a lot, Legend, for making her last year so bad and making our family worry so much.

At first, Legend wasn't there for my family, but they got better. The workers and bosses were nice, and the food was yummy. They had enough staff for everyone, which made me happy.

"Great Staff, Friendly Atmosphere, Needs Better Food"
I've been living here for nearly two years now, and I've got to say, the people who work here are awesome. From the top boss to everyone else, they're always ready to lend a hand with a smile. The food isn't as tasty as it used to be, but the folks who bring it to your table are top-notch – they're quick and super nice. There are different kinds of rooms you can choose from, so you'll probably find one you like. The place is laid out well too, with bright and wide hallways that make it easy to walk around.
