"Unimpressive Assisted Living Facility Raises Concerns"
The photo for Lovett Place doesn't match reality. It's old and a bit worn. I left feeling sad about considering it for someone. The cost was more than expected and even higher than nicer places.

"“Gloomy Assisted Living”"
The assisted living place feels really sad, and it’s hard to move around outside the room.

"Good Care, But a Bit Unorganized"
This is a small care home with one nurse on duty. They took good care of my loved one while she was there. She got better enough to move into a community. They seem a bit unorganized, but the care is good.

"Cozy Home for Mom with Room for Improvement"
This place is like a cozy house in a nice neighborhood. It feels more like a personal care home than assisted living, which is nice. My mom lives there and she's really happy. The food is good and the staff is kind. It's only five minutes from my house, which is probably why I picked it. My only complaints are that there aren't any planned activities, and sometimes it's hard to get someone to answer the phone if all the caregivers are busy.

"Personalized Care and Comfortable Living Environment"
My mom lives here. She gets really good care. It's a nice, old house in Montrose. There aren't many activities, but my mom's memory problems are pretty bad, so I don't think she would join in anyway. They serve three hot meals every day, and she doesn't complain about the food. I like that it's a small group home. I think she gets more attention there, and it's only five minutes from my house.

"Amazing care for my paralyzed friend"
My friend lives at Lovett Place and is almost completely paralyzed on one side. The staff has done an amazing job taking care of him. He’s always clean and well-cared for, and that’s what matters most to me.

"Unhelpful Director and High Prices"
This place felt really depressing. When we visited, the Director took us to rooms where people were already living, which was unsettling and disruptive to the residents. When we asked about costs, she asked what we were willing to pay, which seemed strange. Finally, she gave us a price, but it was higher than any other place we'd seen.

"PBH: Clean, vibrant, happy residents, tolerable food."
Moved Mom into PBH a month ago, and I have no complaints. Before choosing this place, we visited Atria, which was dark and dreary, but PBH feels very nice. The residents seem happy. Mom prefers food from outside, but she tolerates it. The place is very clean and vibrant.
