"Facility Clueless About Respite Care Process"
The assisted living facility's lack of knowledge about the respite care process and inability to provide information about the contact person left me frustrated. When I inquired about her, I was met with blank stares no one had even heard of her. My time was wasted, and I left feeling disappointed.

My sisters and I visited this place to find care for our mom. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. We are thinking about choosing this place for our mom. Thanks to the owner for showing us around.

"Good tour and friendly staff, but not the right fit"
I had a nice visit to this community. Everything went smoothly, and they treated my family and me with kindness. The place looked clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and warm. While the location was important for us, this community wasn't the right fit for my parents.

"Understaffed Assisted Living: Good Food, Poor Supervision"
This assisted living place only has one nurse for everyone. All the residents depend on her, and on weekends, she isn't even there. So, there's no one overseeing the medication given by the caregivers. Don't get me wrong, the food there is really good, and the place itself is nice and cheerful. But the issue is, there's just not enough staff. My dad would yell from the doorway for someone, but no one would show up. If residents stayed in their rooms, no one would bother to check on them.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Nice tour, small issue with smell, facility seems perfect overall"
The tour guide was really nice and explained everything to me. She answered almost all my questions before I even asked them. The only downside was a smell in the hallway. It was early in the morning, and there were some sheets in the hallway that looked soiled, so I don't think it will be a problem next time. Overall, I really liked the facility and the staff. The residents seemed well cared for, and its charming look would be great for my mother.
