"Mixed Feelings About Midtowne Assisted Living"
We visited Midtowne Assisted Living. The place was big and had long hallways. It might have been overwhelming for my mom. Also, their outdoor area wasn't enclosed as we wanted. The local marketing person wasn't there, and we met someone from the region. She was nice, but not as friendly. Midtowne looks nice, but it wasn't right for Mom.

"Communication Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
They've had some staffing shortages, which led to some issues I wasn't happy about. My loved one had to sleep in a chair for a few weeks because their bed didn't work, and they didn't even call to let me know. I believe they should work on communicating better with families. They've promised to fix these problems, and we're trying to resolve things.

"Underwhelming Assisted Living Facility Doesn't Meet Expectations"
This community was alright, but it wasn't as nice as some others we saw. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, especially considering the price they asked for.

"Poor Screening and Management at Midtowne Assisted Living"
This assisted living place seriously needs to check their workers carefully, and that also means the managers. Some of the staff seem to be messed up and can't properly care for the folks living there. At night, some of them have been seen sleeping and not giving out necessary medicines on time, or not at all. The doors to the place were left unlocked late at night and strangers have been spotted wandering around or messing around at the reception desk. It's such an appealing place, but the lack of detailed checks on people they hire to be caring caregivers is truly a shame!! We managed to move our family member to another place where we know they are safe and looked after. I worry for the people at Midtowne!

"Impressive, Cozy Living with Happy Residents"
During the tour, we were really impressed with almost everything. The living spaces are bigger than other places we saw. The residents we met seemed happy with their surroundings. We couldn’t believe such a place existed. It has a very cozy atmosphere.

"My Visit"
We really liked this community during our visit. The staff we met were friendly, and the place was clean. They allow pets and offer many activities. Unfortunately, our loved one wasn't ready to move when we visited.

"A Good Care Facility with Smoking Rules"
The Midtown is a nice, organized place. Recently, they've had a lot of staff changes, and I'm not sure why. Overall, they've taken good care of my father, but they did ask him to leave due to smoking rules.

"Not the Right Spot for Mom's Care Needs"
My mom and I felt this place wasn't right for her. She needed more attention than they provided. After two weeks, I moved her back home and found personal care for her instead. Sadly, this community just didn't work for us and what we needed.

"Great Place with Room for Improvement"
We really like this community and everything they do. They are new and have a few kinks, but who doesn’t? The only thing that needs work is the food. They don’t have a heart-healthy menu and there’s no variety. However, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a good place.

This place was nice to visit, and the sales manager gave a good tour. It seems like a great spot for people who need help. We didn’t need that kind of help, so it wasn’t the right fit for us.

"Excellent Care and Activities"
My aunt is very happy with the great care she gets here. The staff is excellent in every way, always meeting her needs. They offer a lot of activities that keep her busy. The food is outstanding, and we tell everyone how wonderful it is for her. This community is highly recommended for the value and care they provide.

I can’t say enough great things about the care my dad got at Midtowne. Everyone there was super friendly and always said hello and asked how you were doing. I’d happily recommend Midtowne to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

It was a pleasant place. The staff were friendly, and everything was tidy. I believe everyone faces their own challenges no matter where they are. They did their best within their capabilities. Overall, I'd rate them a 4.

"Midtowne: Friendly, Clean, and Fun Assisted Living"
Midtowne is a wonderful place. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The whole place is very clean and stylishly decorated. The hallways are wide enough for wheelchairs. The rooms are a good size and have nice amenities. The nursing staff are attentive and friendly. The meals are tasty with lots of options. The activities are fun. It’s great that doctors come to the facility for appointments. The location is perfect. The facility also participates in local activities with schools and churches.

"Wish We Had Moved Sooner"
Midtowne Memory Care was amazing. I wish we had moved my dad there earlier in his illness. They treated him with respect and dignity in his last days. Every time I visited, there were fun activities for the residents. My favorite was the Halloween party. I highly recommend Midtowne for anyone with a family member who has memory problems.

"Lovely place with friendly staff and great activities"
We like the place, it’s lovely. It’s clean, and the staff is friendly. The activities are great. They enjoy the food, though it isn’t always served on time. They are still new and trying to hire more staff. There have been some growing pains, like medication mix-ups. I think they grew faster than they could hire. All in all, it’s a good place so far.

"Needs Better Follow Through and Routine"
The activities at Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care are awesome. The community director is fantastic, and the activities director is super sweet. All the staff are nice, but they need to follow through better and have a more regular routine. I’d like to see them be a bit more assertive in getting things done. If I were older and my family put me here, I’d be totally fine with it.

"Friendly staff, lots of activities, and helpful administrators"
Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care offers many activities. Since it’s a new facility, the staff is still adjusting to the growing number of residents. However, they are working hard and hiring new team members. The administrators are very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

They’ve been really nice. Since they’re a new facility, they’ve had some startup issues. The food hasn’t been great, which was my loved one’s biggest complaint. But overall, everything else has been good. They’re actively working to improve. Staff communication has been positive, and it’s been a good experience so far. I’d recommend Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care to anyone.

I think Midtowne Assisted Living does a great job overall! The staff is friendly and professional, and they take good care of the residents. The facility is new and always clean and well-kept. I visited several places while looking for senior care, and this one really stood out as one of the best!
