Our family really likes New Haven Assisted Living. It's small and has a nice layout. The staff members are friendly, and they take good care of the residents. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

"Memory Care Concerns at New Haven Assisted Living Facility"
I don't suggest memory care at New Haven. The nurse they suggested to take care of my husband didn't ask his neurologist before changing his seizure and psychotic meds. Even though he was in the memory care center, they expected residents to remember meal times, which can be difficult for those with memory issues.

I helped residents and patients. The food is great. Chef [name] always wants to improve the menu. Residents are happy and busy. I recommend the community.

We really appreciate how well they care for our loved one. They got him on a good routine and medicine that has helped a lot. The new director seems very organized, and we hope he finds new activities for the memory care program. Considering everything they offer, the value is great, and we recommend them to other families.

"Decent Option for Individuals, Not Couples"
I visited New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care of Tomball. The man who gave us the tour was really nice and told us a lot about the place; he's the new manager. I noticed there weren't many staff members around to help, but he mentioned they're hiring more. We decided to go with another community because the rooms were too tiny for both my parents. They might be okay for one person, but for two people, they felt a bit cramped.

"Cheerful Place with Caring Staff and Family Involvement"
Family members play a big role in care here. I think the New Haven staff try their best and they do listen to family concerns. At first, there was some confusion with my mom’s care, so it was important for knowledgeable family members to help out. The place is cheerful and happy.
