"New Hope Review"
They’re friendly, but no activities and food needs improvement. Language barrier with staff. Not recommended.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience with Staffing and Meals"
The place started off nice, but now things aren't as good. The people who work here are nice, but sometimes it's hard to understand each other. Breakfast is yummy, but lunch and dinner could be better. Just a bit let down.

"Decent Facility, other Residents Seem Seriously Afflicted"
I thought the place was decent, but the other people living there looked like they had really bad dementia. They were all wearing bibs and it looked like a lot of them needed a lot of help eating.

"Helpful in Finding Options, But Not the Right Fit"
A Place For Mom helped us find options and made our search easy in the area we wanted. When we arrived, the owner wasn’t there. The staff called to check, but her husband came by instead. The tour was nice, but he didn’t answer any of my questions. This place wasn’t the right fit for my mom.

"Wonderful place with caring staff!"
My mom is doing really well. She still wants to go home, but this is where she needs to be, and they take good care of her. Everything is great. I love New Hope Assisted Living, and I've made friends with the caregivers. They are very nice and caring.

"Not as Cheerful, but Friendly Staff"
The place wasn’t as cheerful as others I visited. All the residents sat in Lazy Boy chairs, watching TV in the dim light. It might suit someone else, but not my mom. The staff, though, were very friendly.

"Excellent Care for Mom"
I’m really happy with how my mom is being cared for. The staff are great and always ready to help. The place is very clean and well-kept. The food is tasty and the activities are fun. I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

"One month in and very happy"
My dad has been at New Hope for a month now. Even with his severe dementia, he adjusted well and seems to enjoy the "family" atmosphere, unlike the larger place he was at before. I like that he can relax and nap on the couch with others in the living area instead of staying in his room. Owners Elena and John are always there, interacting with everyone. The staff is stable, so they get to know each resident well, and residents are surrounded by familiar faces instead of new ones all the time. Elena was especially helpful on moving day, making everything go smoothly.

"Mixed experience, good for some."
The owner is great. Place clean, good food, mostly nice staff. One worker less compassionate. Not ideal for everyone.

"Clean, close to home, and caring staff"
I don't know a lot about the activities since my wife was there with severe dementia. I liked that this place was the closest to our home. There was space available, and it came highly recommended. The place was very clean and nice. We were really happy with the service. The staff was compassionate, understanding, and helpful.

"Fine Community"
The place looks okay to me. Unfortunately, they don’t have a special area for people with dementia. My loved one shares a room, but there’s no kitchen in it. Meals are served in the dining room.

"Excellent care and clean facilities!"
The care here is excellent. My mom has been there for 3 weeks, and when I visit, she’s dressed, clean, fed, and her bed is made. She’s getting much better care than I could provide, which is exactly what I wanted. My mom is grieving her spouse, so she's not interested in activities right now. However, I see other residents enjoying puzzles, bingo, and cross-stitching. The staff is very caring and understands each resident's abilities. The place is so clean you could eat off the floor!

"“Homey Visit with Individual BRs and G Tubes”"
They have individual bedrooms and accommodate residents with G tubes. They’re also building a new wing, which should be ready in about three months (July or August). I asked to be put on the waiting list for a private room with a sitting area. Overall, it felt like a good fit and reminded me of home.

I really like this place. The patients are always dressed well. I don't like that the phone isn't answered all the time.

""Prices, Pets, and Personal Bathrooms: Assisted Living Review""
Prices are based on the level of care required. They have two dogs there. Each room has its own bathroom, but they also have a shared shower space.
