"Great Care with Some Hiccups"
I recommend this place. The staff is caring, but medication management can be slow due to paperwork. Great location with lots of activities.

"Courteous staff and a high-quality home, but improvements needed"
This is a high-quality assisted living home. The director works hard to address any requests. If I had to mention one thing, I think for what I’m paying, everything should be included. My father-in-law is very shy and needs encouragement to join activities, which we believe should be part of the service. The staff is courteous and pleasant. They did a great job during the coronavirus by following strict safety protocols. It’s a nicer community than many others we visited in the area.

"Negative Review: Expensive Parsons House Devalues and Depresses Seniors"
Our first encounter with an assisted living home, Parsons House, was a disaster. It was awfully expensive, beating out many other higher quality facilities. Most of the staff were patronizing to the residents, treating them like misbehaving toddlers and reaching out to their caregivers repeatedly with complaints. The staff seemed to prioritize themselves over the needs of the residents. It felt like they saw the residents as an inconvenience rather than their priority. After comparing Parsons with a different facility where my mom was later relocated, I realised how poor Parsons truly was. I deeply regret not finding the other facility sooner. I urge anyone considering Parsons House to seriously look into other options. Trust me, there are way better choices available. Do thorough research before committing to a decision. Take your time while choosing a home for your loved ones, especially when considering Parsons House Cypress. During her stay at Parsons, my mom was deeply unhappy. However, once moved to another facility, her mental health improved greatly and she began to flourish. I believe older folks should be treated with the respect they deserve, not like young children.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Raises Concerns About Care Quality"
I thought this place would be nice when I first saw it. But after being here for a while, I realized that the care isn't as good as it seems. They're mostly focused on getting their money every month. I had a really bad experience here, and I wouldn't tell anyone to come here. Oh, and there was a cockroach in my bed the first night.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living facility; consider other options."
The place costs more than we expected, even after discussing our budget. Some staff aren't respectful to residents and can be pushy. However, some staff are caring. The turnover in staff is high. One family left because their loved one felt harassed. I'm searching for a new place. If you're okay with paying and not questioning staff, it's clean and has activities.
