"Great staff, but issues with organization and sewer smell"
The Ridge at Frisco isn't perfect, but it's pretty good. I would recommend it. The staff members are wonderful. However, the systems are disorganized, and there's a terrible gassy sewer smell all the time.

"Impersonal and Unimpressive Tour Experience"
The place felt impersonal because it was so big, and I wasn't impressed with the room they showed us during the tour.

"Great Support, Needs Better Food Quality"
I would definitely recommend checking out this community. The med techs do a great job supporting the residents. The food could taste better. They sometimes serve refried beans as a side, and the quality could be improved too.

"Too far from family and too controlled for our liking"
The Parsons House was too far from our kids. We also didn't like its setup as much; we wanted more independence.

"Friendly staff, good care, okay food, good activities"
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always answer your questions if you ask. The care is good, but they don’t provide physical therapy. The food was better when I first moved in, but now it’s just okay. They have lots of good activities.

"[Not welcoming, bad outdoor area, and poor rooms"
I toured this place and was disappointed. It didn't seem welcoming at all, and the outdoor area was terrible because it wasn't covered, which is really important for Mom. The rooms weren't nice either. Overall, it just wasn't the right place.
