"Disturbing Experiences of Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
But listen to my awful experience; 1. They had a chef who was in jail and we were fed cereal. 2. They gave my mom a cinnamon roll frosted with icing even though her sugar level was dangerously high, above 500. 3. After she caught covid in their facility, they didn't clean her room for five days, while she was in isolation. 4. She ended up in the emergency room with hyperthermia, her arms turned blue and her nails, black. It's my hope and prayer that no one ever has to go through this awful ordeal. I never heard from the facility after they sent my mom to the emergency. They didn't talk to me when I moved her things out either. It was very upsetting to see that no one cared enough to even call to check on her!

"Plum Creek Place: Nice, but Too Nursing Home-Like"
I visited Plum Creek Place, and it looked nice. The staff were friendly, but we wanted more independence. We picked a different place because Plum Creek felt too much like a nursing home. The rooms were new, but I saw hospital beds.

"Good community but not for everyone’s taste"
The community is nice but a bit older. My loved one didn't like how it felt or fit.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Dedicated Staff, Improved Services, Varied Activities"
The community has some staffing challenges, like many places nowadays. The aides are doing their best to care for all residents. Everyone is friendly and helpful to residents and families. I would recommend this community for loved ones. There's an outside agency for therapy that helps my loved one well. Medication distribution has been good. The food is tasty now that they have a dedicated cook. Activities like bingo and exercise are available. There's a new activities director.

"Assisted Living Facility Earns Praise for Responsive Care"
The community answered all my questions and concerns promptly. The staff acted quickly. During my loved one's short stay, they received good care. The community coordinates well with hospice care.

"Assisted Living Review: Friendly Atmosphere, Bring Your Own Cable and Internet"
It's a very nice place. The staff and residents were friendly. One downside was that we had to bring our own cable and Internet; we felt this should have been included in the rent. One nice feature was the apartment having a door that led directly to the courtyard.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Safety Focus"
The staff at Plum Creek were super friendly. The residents we saw looked happy and content. The place was tidy and clean, but the grounds needed attention. Resident safety was a top concern. We had some trouble understanding the costs, but we'd feel comfortable having our Mother live there.

"Friendly staff and decent cleanliness"
This place is pretty nice. I toured it while searching for a spot for my parents, and I liked what I saw. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The overall cleanliness was okay, although the trash cans not having liners was a bit off-putting. Overall, it didn’t particularly stand out to me, so I decided not to move my parents in.

"Neat Facility but Safety Concerns and Mixed Staff Attitude"
The place looks good but I can't vouch for it. The company overlooks the safety of the residents living there. Some of the employees are kind-hearted, however.

"Great Place, Just Not Ideal Location"
This community is very nice, but it wasn't in the area we wanted. We really liked the community a lot; it was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and nice. It seemed to have a lot of activities and amenities.

"No Complaints About this Community"
Unfortunately, we have to move my father to another community because he needs more care. But our experiences here were very good. The staff was helpful and did a good job caring for him. No complaints about them. The room and community were nice and clean during my visits. Meals were well balanced. Even though it didn’t work out for us, I’d still recommend this nice facility.

"Great Staff, Clean Facility; Limited Activity Options"
My dad's been doing fine at Plum Creek Place. When I visit in the evenings, I bring along dominoes and craft stuff for my uncle, but he's not too keen on the activities. The people who work here are super friendly, and the place is always clean. I haven't faced any issues so far.

"They Did Their Best"
After a nice break at Plum Creek Place, they realized they couldn't fully help my grandma. She was too advanced and sometimes difficult, but the staff tried hard to calm her. Grandma joined activities and enjoyed the meals. My mom appreciated the clean, well-maintained place. The friendly manager's ideas helped us choose this community.

"High-Charging Facility Provides Poor Service, Ruthless Management"
This facility doesn't employ enough staff, and the ones they do have may not be the best fit for a place like this - especially those in charge. It's sad when you consider the high fees they charge, given the inferior service they deliver. Moreover, if a resident should run out of funds, they're shown the door. This feels like a swindle to me. The manager is tactless and dishonest.

My mom recently moved in this month. The staff has been amazing. We found out her caregivers weren't giving her medicine correctly. Everyone there has been incredibly helpful.

"Needs Renovations!"
I didn't think this community was great when we visited. The apartments felt dull, and there wasn't much sunlight in the bedrooms. The rest of the building needs a lot of work.

"Service doesn't match price at care facility!"
My family member didn't get the care they were promised. The workers need to monitor residents better. I visited many times to find my relative had an accident in the bathroom and staff didn't aid in cleaning them. We paid a lot of money for poor service. The place needs a new manager that listens to our complaints.

"Considering Another Home for Mom Due to Plum Creek's Downsides"
The meals at Plum Creek are just awful. The building looks old and worn out, though it's kept neat and clean. The furniture seems like it's from the 80s or 90s era. I don't feel like the services we expected are really being given. It looks like they don't have enough staff, and even the care staff is stepping in to help with kitchen duties. My family opted for this place for me, but if I'd viewed it in person first, I wouldn't have agreed for her to live here.

"Nice place, room for improvement"
I believe Plum Creek Place does a good job overall! The staff is very friendly and keeps the place clean while looking out for the residents. However, there are a few areas they could improve. I'd love to see more plants in the courtyard—it would make it much nicer. Also, the food selection and quality could use some work.
