"“Mixed Experience at Assisted Living”"
Our family member sometimes complains about the food—it gets a bit repetitive. But there’s an alternative menu, so if they don’t like the daily offerings, they can choose something else. The activities are somewhat limited, but we hope they’ll improve. Our loved one enjoys playing bingo, games, and socializing with other residents. The owner is quite involved and occasionally plays the piano. Unfortunately, residents can’t eat in the dining room. Overall, we recommend the facility.

"Well-kept facility, good food, worth money; manager is helpful"
We checked out a few places and picked Providence Village because it's well-kept, the food is good, and it's worth the money. The best thing about the community was the activities they had before COVID. Now we can visit after the protocols, so we’re not locked out anymore. I definitely recommend this place. The manager really helps families and residents.

"Comfortable but costly: nice rooms, extra charges for care services."
This place was the best out of the ones we looked at. The rooms are a decent size, but the tall ceilings make them seem even bigger. However, the closets were a little on the small side. Unfortunately, for my mom, the level of care she requires wouldn't match what she can afford here. They do charge for everything they offer – like laundry, bathing, and dressing – which adds up.

"Wonderful and Convenient Community"
I visited Providence Village while looking for a new home. It seemed like a great place. The food was really good, and they had lots of activities. I also liked that they have transportation available every day of the week. It seemed like a very nice and convenient community.”

"Welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and varied activities."
I really enjoy the people here. They're all so nice and friendly. I like all the stuff we can do, like activities and exercise. The food is okay, sometimes really good. We get a plated meal for lunch and a bigger one for dinner. There are lots of options on the menu and you can eat as much as you want. The place has a lot of good things about it. I like that they have different areas for different needs, like assisted living, nursing home, and hospice. We're having a big Christmas party this week and we can bring guests, and the community is organizing everything! I haven't been here long, but other people who've been here a while say good things too. One thing I don't like is the lighting in my room isn't great, and the kitchen is more like a kitchenette, not what I'm used to. But I'm happy with how big my room is. Overall, I like it here and the people are nice.

"Great place with friendly residents and tasty lunch!"
The apartment was really nice. I had lunch with some residents, and they shared how much they enjoyed living there and the fun activities offered. The lunch was great too.
