"Friendly staff, good meals, affordable care"
Our loved one didn't stay long at Provident Memory Care, so we didn't see much. But the staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. He liked the meals and never complained. Compared to other places we checked, this one was more affordable.

"Friendly Staff, No Complaints from Grandma at Assisted Living"
I haven't been to any other places like this, so I can't compare. I've never been in a nursing home before. The staff is nice when I visit. My grandma hasn't said anything bad about how she's treated. I haven't tried the food there, but I've tasted some of what's on my grandma's plate.

"Caring and Clean Assisted Living with Great Communication"
The residence looks well-maintained, and the community stays very clean and neat. The staff appears genuinely concerned about the residents. Communication between the staff and our family is good. They kept us informed and updated regularly. Based on my experience, I would recommend this community to others.

"Great Place with Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
This place is great. The staff is super nice and helpful. There are lots of activities to keep you busy. The meals are really good with lots of choices. We would tell other families to come here for excellent care.

I think Provident Memory Care does a good job overall! The staff is friendly and caring. I like how everyone, from the aides to the managers, is involved with the residents. They really do well looking after the people here! They've been friendly and easy to work with, and my loved one has shown a lot of improvement!

"Kind and respectful care for my father-in-law in final days"
Finding a place for my father-in-law, who had severe dementia and health issues, was crucial. This facility allowed my mother-in-law to stay with him for free and helped our family a lot. During his last four weeks, he was treated with kindness and respect. I’m grateful to every staff member for their care.
