"Regal Estates, Uncompassionate and Money-Hungry"
My mom was at Regal Estates for about a year and a half before she passed away. She was treated okay and most folks there were nice. But things kept disappearing, including her wedding ring. Also, Regal Estates was all about money. After six months, they increased the rent by 10% and asked for a big extra payment out of the blue to take care of hurricane needs. Even after my mom passed away, they cashed one more month's rent check. Since then, they've not answered or returned our calls to discuss this last payment. They haven't shown any kindness or help in our time of grief. They are just plain insensitive and don't seem to care about anything other than money. Sadly, folks can be like this. From what I've seen, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

"Large Apartments, But Many Service Issues"
There are a bunch of problems here. The good part is the apartments are really big. That’s the main reason I haven’t moved my family member out; their apartment is super nice. But, there’s no workout classes or fun stuff to do, except for Bingo. The meals aren’t tasty at all. The hallways smell weird and they don’t even tell us when they cancel activities. The people who work here don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. They mess up the medicines a lot. Plus, there’s like 15 empty apartments right next to where my family member lives. If I had the chance to pick again, I’d choose somewhere else. I wouldn’t tell anyone to move in here, even with the new bosses. I’m just saying it like it is.

"Regal Estates: Vibrant Activities, Room for Improvement"
We appreciate the community's diverse activities throughout the week, keeping residents busy. However, they could improve teamwork and attention to detail. Overall, we recommend Regal Estates to other families.

"Good Experience but Misses Meal Choices"
I would tell others that I've been happy with our experience so far. There have been a few things I didn't like. There used to be choices for entrees at meals, but now there aren't. It would be nice to see choices back for residents. Meals can be delivered to the resident's rooms, but there is a charge. If your loved one is sick, there might not be a charge for meal delivery. The staff communication with the family has been great!

"Great Assisted Living Community"
The community is older, but it's well kept. We're working through a few things, but they promptly address them. Overall, we're pleased and recommend this home for loved ones seeking independence in a safe environment.

"Mixed Experience: Regal Estates Assisted Living"
We had a good tour at Regal Estates. It felt too big for Mom. It's an older facility; staff weren't as friendly as others.

"Older Facility, Higher Price"
The community seemed old and worn out, plus it cost more than other places.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Tour"
We visited this place, and the workers were friendly. But, the place looked old and worn-out. Nothing seemed up-to-date. It wasn't what we were looking for.

"Caring Staff and Beautiful Trees"
We picked Regal Estates because of all the trees. We checked out three other places, but this one felt more established. Mom used to have big trees at home, so she loved these too. The room size was just right—not too big, not too small. The best thing? The staff really cared for her. I’d totally recommend it!
