"Nice Community with Room for Improvement"
The community is a nice size, not too big. The food options could be better, but overall, I'd suggest it to other families.

"Small community with regular doctor visits, but few activities"
My loved one didn’t like it because there weren’t enough activities. However, I liked the smaller community and that a doctor visits regularly.

"Solid Assisted Living Option for Loved Ones, with Varied Activities"
This place is a nice option to consider moving into. I suggest staying involved in everything for your loved one, like their care, medicine, and other needs. The staff communicates well with families. They serve three meals every day and residents can pick what they want. There are activities such as movies, social hours, music, games, and more for residents to enjoy.

"Assisted Living Facility's Horrible Conditions and Retaliation Tactics Exposed"
The staff at this assisted living facility continuously switches out, and they often neglect to read the charts with patients' info on them. I've noticed that residents don't tend to stay for long. In the past 9 months, I can count on one hand the number of showers my mother has had. There was a time when I moved her chair to make her bed and was shocked by the filth - it was honestly sickening. I've reported this place to state officials three times. During their visit two weeks ago, they issued five citations to the facility. As a form of retaliation, they warned me at 5:45 yesterday that my mother was considered at risk of wandering off, even though she never tried to leave the facility before. They told me she had to be moved to memory care, which she was previously deemed too high-functioning for, or have round-the-clock one-on-one care. She doesn't need either. They also said she might be discharged. Please, I beg you to stay clear of this place.

"Disappointing Dining Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is super nice and takes good care of everyone. But the food isn't great. We have to bring food from home for our mom, who's been there since April. Right now, there's no chef for the second time. She only eats cottage cheese and fruit for dinner. The rice is so dry she can't even eat it. We pay a lot for her to live here, so the food should be better. Sometimes, breakfast isn't what she orders. Apart from the food, we're happy with everything else. We really don't want to leave just because of the food.

"Much Better Now!"
Since we moved in, everything has improved a lot. It was a three-star place at first, but now it's a five-star. We changed the home health care provider, and things are running much more smoothly. The staff is very friendly and cares about my husband's needs. The food is good, with well-balanced meals and lots of variety. We eat together, and they offer many activities, though my husband doesn't join all of them because he can't speak. We play bingo a lot. The community is clean and well-kept. His room is nice, and we’re still fixing it up to his liking.

"Understaffed Assisted Living Facility Frustrates Residents"
This place has some issues with not having enough staff. Sometimes the rooms are not so great. Having breakfast in the room can be a hassle. There were a few times when my mom had to complain before she got her breakfast. Once, she even missed getting her medicine. But overall, it's a good place.

"Too Expensive!"
The cost of this place was too high for us. It was larger than we preferred. We needed a smaller place because my mom often gets confused, and we didn't want her to get lost. While it was nice, it wasn't what we were searching for."

"Need More Staff!"
The place is super nice and open. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help. The food is good, and my loved one enjoys it. The community stays clean. However, I think they need more staff because it takes too long for them to respond when residents ask for help.

"Good Tour and Services by Bethany, Concerned About Population"
They paid attention well, responded to all of our questions, and showed us around thoroughly. The place where they eat, the hair salon, the movie room, and outdoor spots were nice. However, too many people worried us.

"Excellent care, clean facility, but pricey"
This is a really nice and well-managed community. The services are excellent, the dining room is great, and the activities are enjoyable. They handle my loved one's medication very well too. The facility is clean, professional, and feels high quality. The only downside is that it's quite expensive.
