"Assisted Living Falls Short: Concerns About Care and Safety"

My mother received excellent care at this assisted living facility. However, over the past year, the quality of care has declined. She’s not getting the necessary medications and attention. Her walker has vanished three times, and I’ve had to contact the owner every six months about ongoing issues. Recently, feeding delays for residents have become a problem. Despite acknowledging the issues, the owner hasn’t made them a priority. The monthly fee used to be acceptable when care was provided, but now, due to understaffing, I worry about my mother’s safety. This place isn’t the best choice for loved ones. Keep searching for better options.

"Beware: Search For Alternative Care Facility"

My family member stayed at this facility way too long before I figured out all the troubles and rule-breaking taking place. Forcing residents to constantly deal with dehydration was terrible. Individuals were kept seated in Geri chairs all day long. Be extremely careful about trusting this facility.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility Personnel"

The workers at this place seem nice. It's too soon to know if they stay long, but there are many staff on each shift. Yet, I'm let down by how they communicate about certain things. It feels like this happens everywhere I've been.

"Headline"

Season's Alzheimer's and Assisted Care is a fresh, friendly place. But the noise made it less peaceful. Separate buildings serve different senior needs, but it didn't suit our loved one.

"Loud and Echoing Atmosphere at Season's Assisted Living"

Season's Alzheimer's and Assisted Care is a pretty new place. It feels big and noisy inside. It's not very relaxing. They have different buildings for different senior needs. But it didn't suit our loved one.

"Professional, caring, and quick to respond"

The staff here are really professional and caring. My brother has been living here for over a year. The meals are good and healthy. They keep my brother clean and well-groomed. The management team responds quickly to any requests. When he needs medical care, he gets it right away. He told my daughter recently that this is the best place he's ever been.

"Best Choice for Senior Care: Highly Recommend Seasons and Staff"

After trying three other senior living places, moving my aunt to Seasons was a real relief. The staff here are far better than most others in San Antonio. They are kind, caring, and always put the residents' needs first. I strongly recommend Seasons and their team for anyone looking for good care for their loved ones.

"A Caring and Reliable Place for Your Loved One"

My mom has been living at Old Tezel for almost a year. She was used to living alone until she was 92 and was really set on staying independent. When we found Mona T, everything changed for the better. Mona is amazing with the residents and teaches her staff to be the same way. The ratio of aides to residents is excellent, and they truly care. This is really important to me because neither I nor my son live nearby, so we have to rely on the staff to take care of Mom completely. From day one, I’ve had no worries about her care. The staff always keeps us informed about any issues, and they send pictures now and then. They also update us regularly on the positive things and activities. If you're thinking about Season’s, visit and you’ll feel as good as I did and get a clear idea of how your loved one will be cared for by Mona.

"Total care that feels like home."

My mom is 87 years old and has been living at Seasons for seven months. The place is spacious, new, and welcoming. The food is like Mom's home cooking, with a healthy variety that everyone likes. The staff is caring and attentive, focusing on personalized care that respects those who need help during this tough time in their lives. Seasons truly provides total care without hidden costs. With Mom at Seasons, our family knows she is safe and well cared for. We have peace of mind because Mom is home.

"A Wonderful Place for Dad’s Alzheimer’s Care"

Taking care of a loved one with Alzheimer’s is really tough. Every day is different for someone with this disease, and everyone is unique. I’m so grateful for Mona and her team at Seasons Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Facility on Old Tezel Road in San Antonio, Texas. I had to move my dad from another facility because they couldn’t manage his behavior anymore. It was a big place, and if they couldn’t help him, I was at a loss. My husband checked out a bunch of places in San Antonio, but it was Mona and Seasons that convinced him it was the right spot for dad. My dad started at Seasons in August 2015. I let Mona know that my dad was at a stage where he often got upset and loud. Mona assured me that they could handle all stages of Alzheimer’s. Mona and her caring team welcomed my dad with kindness. Their compassion, hope, love, dignity, and respect are truly impressive. I feel like my dad is at home there. He loves the homemade meals and the friendly staff. Seasons is a small place with 16 beds, but they do an amazing job in every way. Thanks to Mona and her team, my dad is thriving and never feels alone. I highly recommend Seasons Alzheimer’s Care Facility. They give me peace of mind knowing my dad is well cared for and his needs are met. Also, big thanks to Heart To Heart Hospice for their care and kindness toward my dad.

"Amazing Care for Alzheimer's Patients"

Since my mom's diagnosis, I've lived by one rule: Those who are forgetting should not be forgotten. So, I started looking for a "home" for my mom where she would be treated with dignity, compassion, and hopefully, lots of love. After a lot of research, I chose Seasons. The team, led by owner Mona Talukdar, is dedicated and fiercely devoted to caring for Alzheimer's patients in a holistic way. Seasons doesn't just meet clinical needs; they also provide spiritual and emotional healing. They offer art and music therapy, regular animal visits, walks on their secure property, private rooms, and freshly prepared meals. Every step and aspect of care at Seasons focuses on the well-being and happiness of Alzheimer's patients. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is treated like family. The patients are more than just patients; they are part of the Seasons Family and are cared for as such. I couldn't have chosen a more caring and compassionate group for my mom. Their recent award from Caring.com only hints at their true talents and kindness. Mom is cared for with love, and her dignity is assured and advocated for every day. I wish every dementia patient could have this experience and level of care. I am reminded daily of how lucky we are to have found Mona and her team. The smile on my mom's face is the validation I need to know we made the best decision. After all, you only want the best for the person who loved you most in life. Kudos to Mona and the Seasons Team for showing us every day that those who are forgetting should not be forgotten. My love and thanks to you all.

"A True Home for Dad"

I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Season’s! My father had been in other places before, and I never felt at ease. Mona, the owner, has very high standards, and the people who work there are only the best caring and loving, and they do a fantastic job. The manager, Arlene, seems to handle a million things at once but still finds time to connect with each resident in a very caring way. The staff is amazing and treats everyone like family. The place doesn’t have that usual “old folks’ home” smell, and the food is home-cooked, age-appropriate, and really tasty. What I love most is that you feel like family when your loved one is at Season’s. I highly recommend it and am so thankful that my dad can live there. After visiting about 30 places, I can say this is the best. The patient-to-staff ratio is the highest of any place we saw! Thanks to everyone who has worked so hard to help my dad!

"Dad is Happy and Well-Cared For at Seasons"

I love Seasons. My dad is very happy there. Mona and her staff are amazing with everyone. I see how they treat everyone, and it’s always good when I visit. I’m very happy with his care and treatment. Mona has been very clear about the price and what’s included. They educate me and always help me. When I feel guilty, they show me how happy he is. When I first walked in, I was worried because of past experiences, but the people were great and helped him get his personality back.

"Great care, friendly staff, and no price hikes highly recommended!"

They take fantastic care of my loved one. They interact with him and keep him very clean. He gets great meals, and I have no complaints at all. This place is way better than a nursing home. I’d definitely recommend it. They will take care of the residents until the very end, no matter their condition, and they won’t raise the price. The staff is really good and knows the patients well, and the owner is very friendly.

"Amazing Care for My Mom at Seasons"

I am so thankful for the care my Mom got at Seasons. The staff was always so attentive to her. When I visited, I saw how much they cared for all the residents. They were patient and kind, taking time to help everyone with their needs. Seeing the loving and caring faces of the staff with my Mom made me feel at ease. Knowing that they were there, watching over her, felt like angels protecting her. The facility was always super clean, which is really important for keeping seniors healthy. I felt there was no better place for my Mom than Seasons.

"Very happy with Season's care!"

My mom has been at Season's since October 2014. I am very happy with her care! The staff is friendly and caring, and the food is really good. It's a great place for residents because it's small and manageable. You're not just a number like at other places I had my mom. I'm very thankful I found this place for her!

"Top-Notch Care in a Welcoming Environment"

My husband has been at Seasons Alzheimer's and Assisted Care for six months, and we’ve had a great experience. The staff always provides thoughtful and personalized care. The owner, Mona Talukdar, ensures all staff get ongoing training about patient care, medication, and behavior management. Because of this, the staff takes pride in their work. Seasons is a welcoming and nice place for patients, families, and staff. It’s clean, the food is tasty, and seconds are always available. On our first visit, we saw patients having fun dancing with the staff outside. We highly recommend this place.

"Season's is perfect for my mom—clean, caring, and happy!"

I moved my mom three times in ten months! Thankfully, I found Season's! I love that they have only 15 residents and a staff-to-resident ratio of 1:4! This means my mom gets changed often, which is really important to me. The place is very clean and looks nice inside! The food is excellent—nothing frozen or canned. The staff and owner are very kind to my mom and the other residents. This move has given me so much peace, as I no longer worry all the time about her treatment. I like to visit my mom at least three days a week, but if I can’t make it, I don’t worry because I know she is happy and well-loved by the staff! 5 stars all the way!

"Excellent care and food at a small, loving assisted living facility"

I had to move my mom three times in ten months, but luckily I found Season's! Their food is fantastic nothing frozen or canned. I really appreciate that they have only 15 residents and a staff-to-resident ratio of one to four. This means my mom gets changed often, which is very important to me. The place is clean and looks great inside. The staff and owner are very kind to my mom and the other residents. This third move has given me so much peace; I no longer worry all the time about her care. I try to visit my mom at least three times a week, but even if I can’t make it, I’m not worried because I know she’s having a good time and the staff loves her!

"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living: Room for Improvement"

The helpers are nice and there enough of them. They tidy up but no dedicated cleaning service. The place is new and smells fine. No emergency buttons in bathrooms or bedrooms. Sometimes, no toilet paper or towels. Laundry wasn't done first week. My husband's clothes keep moving because his roommate has dementia. Meals are okay, but often cold and repetitive.
