"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short for Mom's Needs"
Our mom moved here after leaving the hospital. The staff is nice but not always reliable. They made mistakes with her medicine. It seemed like the hospice nurse and the owner had a deal. The cost is too high for bad food and not-so-great conditions. Mom enjoys chatting with people, but she didn't want to leave her room because the other residents don't talk. Also, her welcome pack from the hospice team disappeared once the facility got it.

"Unwelcoming environment, not recommended for families due to COVID."
The place didn't seem welcoming to families. Maybe COVID reasons. Not good for others.

"Cozy Assisted Living with a Bed Dilemma"
I liked this place a lot! It’s super clean, has great amenities, and the staff are professional. But the beds in the bedrooms are too close together for my mom’s comfort.

"Mixed Feelings: Improving, but Not Quite the Right Fit"
We had a concern and told them; it's improving. One worker wasn't nice, but it's improving. Many small issues make it not ideal for us. They're slow to answer the door, and we're unsure. Mary, the owner, is great, but we're not sure.

"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living"
It feels like the perfect fit. Talking to Mary on the phone, her openness and friendliness made me hopeful. After visiting, I knew it was the right place.
