"Inappropriate Action by Care Facility Results in Family Anguish"
This place took in my 91-year-old aunt without even getting necessary documents or approval from our family. We wanted her to be closer to us since the start. The boss and the top nurse stepped into family matters and stopped us from moving her or even visiting her. They claimed my aunt didn't want our family anymore, but then tried to become her guardian. How can they take themselves seriously? They also joined a meeting with my aunt's money manager and got his personal contact info and the address of this place for her big investment account. They've deliberately turned her against us and won't take her to her doctor.

"Untrustworthy and Unethical Assisted Living Facility, Stay Away"
Steer Clear of This Poorly Managed Assisted Living Facility" Aside from being tidy, this place has zero redeeming qualities. Workers are always coming and going. The nurse on duty has a short fuse and meddles in family affairs. He stokes fear and suspicion in patients against their families, encouraging them to trust only him. He also misuses access to personal finance information, possibly with harmful intent. The boss and the operator prefer to skimp on resources. The provided food is low-cost and fresh fruits and veggies are nowhere to be found. The employees excessively monitor phone calls, visitors, and mail. They treat the family like they're enemies, only out for their money. Bingo is the only "fun" thing to do, but there are no prizes whatsoever. Be on your guard!

"Great Communication, Missing Memory Care"
They were wonderful to talk to, addressing all my worries with helpful answers. I appreciated their responsiveness. However, they lacked memory care for Dementia and Alzheimer's, which wasn't suitable for our needs.
