"Nice, clean facility with good care and activities."
This facility is for Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Sometimes, what my loved one says doesn't match what I see. The food looks and smells good, and my loved one enjoys it, which is a good sign. With Covid restrictions easing, she can now go on outings with us, though we still wear masks. I haven't seen much of the inside due to Covid, except for seeing activities like someone playing ball with the residents. I haven't asked about more activities because I know they’re limited right now. It’s a bit pricey but very clean. They wash her clothes often and make sure she showers and has her hair washed regularly. The staff is nice and focused on keeping the residents clean and happy. The entrance is secured with a bell, and visitors go through a health check before entering. We can now move around more freely if we’re vaccinated. I like the layout with separate areas for males and females and the cozy feel of the place. It also has a nice patio.

"Friendly Community with Room for Improvement"
This community is very friendly, and the staff seems very caring, but they don’t have much experience with the medical care of the residents. I would like to see more effort with the activities they provide during COVID. The communication could be better, and I would like to hear about what’s going on in the facility. There are no regular care meetings to get updates on my loved one, and I think that should be done.

"Clean and Friendly, But Lacked Activities"
The community was spotless, and the staff was kind and helpful. However, we hoped for more residents and activities.
