Serenity Senior Living is amazing. They helped our family during a tough time by acting quickly, meeting our mother's needs, and creating a family-like environment for her remaining days. Although I couldn't care for her full time, seeing the staff's level of care reassured me. I knew she was in the right place.

"Find a Better Place for Your Loved One"
A Place for Mom suggested Serenity among other options, but I regret choosing it. After a few weeks, I discovered that staff were not giving my mom her regular medications. No wonder she seemed sad and said she wanted to die. Later, someone stole her wedding ring while she was bedridden. The owners didn’t try to find out how it happened and said it wasn’t their responsibility. They never reached out to apologize. A former worker told me that some staff had criminal records, though I couldn’t confirm this. Several workers were fired during my mom's stay. She stayed less than two months before passing away. It seems like the owners care more about making money than about taking care of their residents. There were other issues too, but I can't go into detail here. If you care about your parent, look for a different place.

Serenity Senior Living and A Place for Mom have been a huge blessing for our family. Serenity has made my mother feel at home with their warm, welcoming care. They are organized, keep in touch, and are very kind. We’re really thankful to have found a place where Mom feels like she has a cozy home, not just a cold facility.

"A Perfect Place for Our Mom and Family"
We visited two other group homes before Serenity Senior Living, and they didn't impress us much. But when we finally toured Serenity, it was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was great and the place felt just like home. Chris, the owner, was super kind and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions. We got on the waiting list and moved our mom in a few weeks later. Since then, we've been really happy with the care she receives, the cleanliness, and the friendly atmosphere. It feels like everyone there is part of our family now, and we love visiting. Serenity is just perfect for our mom and for us!

"Serenity: A Loving Second Home for Mom"
We checked out several places and found Serenity. Within 10 minutes, we knew it was the right choice. The owner and the staff are caring and experienced. They truly care about their work, which means a lot. We moved Mom in the next week, and she felt comfortable right away. The team gave her a warm welcome and listened to what we said about her likes. She started dancing, joking, and laughing again. She enjoyed living there and liked the other residents. Whenever I visited, the staff shared updates and photos or videos with me. They kept me informed about how Mom was doing, which was very important to me. Mom had Alzheimer's and couldn't remember things from the day before, but Serenity’s team treated her like family and noted everything she experienced. Mom passed away some time ago. She was in hospice care at Serenity during her last three months. When it was her time to go, she stayed in the place she loved, surrounded by people who cared for her. She had a “second” family there.

"Awesome!"
What a fantastic place! I’m not sure what that other review was talking about, but this facility is spotless, and well-lit, and the bedrooms are really nice. The staff truly cares about the elderly—they have a special ministry. If you want your parent to be well taken care of, this place is definitely worth the extra money. The staff ratio is unbeatable!

"Serenity Falls Short: A Disappointing Experience"
The couple who owned the assisted living facility were very young and super friendly. But honestly, I didn't think they knew how to manage a place like this. The place seemed dirty and old, and the rooms were terrible. The residents were just sitting on the couch, not doing much. Overall, Serenity didn't leave a good impression.

"Serenity Falls Short in Impressiveness and Cleanliness"
The owners were a really young pair who were super friendly. However, I did not think they really knew how to manage an establishment like this. The facility seemed grimy and unclean to me. The rooms were really bad and the people living there were just loafing around on the sofas. Just a gut feeling. Serenity didn't impress me at all.

"Friendly staff, good activities, care could be more aggressive."
I think all assisted living places are expensive, so I'd rate anyone a 3. The management here is very friendly and helpful. My parents are in the Serenity home. Sometimes they’re not fully aware of their surroundings, but I believe they’re well cared for. More aggressive care might be helpful. They offer bingo, outings, puzzles, music shows, and are starting a garden. There’s a lot of variety.

"Good care and fun activities with room for improvement"
The place is pretty expensive, so I might give a 3-star rating to any of them. However, the management has been very friendly and helpful. My parents are at the Serenity home. Even though they sometimes aren't fully aware due to their issues, I do believe they're getting good care. I think their care could be a bit more proactive. They offer activities like bingo, outings, puzzles, and music shows. They might even start a garden soon. There’s a lot to do.
