"Warm, family-like assisted living with room for staff training improvement"

They're doing a good job and have a warm, homey feel. Everyone seems to know each other like old friends. They treat residents like family instead of clients. It's not as organized as some places, but they do really well. It's a family-run business, and they invite us to join them for lunch, which is home-cooked and tasty. The place is small with about 40 residents, so they celebrate each birthday individually, making everyone feel special. One thing they could improve is staff training, especially with medications and blood pressure, but they seem to be working on that.
