"Great staff and cleanliness!"
We really appreciate how clean Spring Cypress Assisted Living is, and the staff members are so friendly. We'd definitely recommend it to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

"Looks Good, Lacks Substance: Disappointing Experience at Spring Cypress"
I wasn't very impressed with Spring Cypress. It looked nice and fancy, and it was the newest and brightest place we visited. But it was also the priciest. However, appearances can be deceiving. The lady who showed us around was more like a salesperson than someone who could give us helpful information. She couldn't answer many of our questions. Plus, the building has two floors, and my family member doesn't like using elevators. It felt like they cared more about how things looked than providing good service.

"Limited Space, Beautiful Setting: Spring Cypress Assisted Living Review"
Spring Cypress wasn't quite right for my loved ones because it was too small. They needed a two-bedroom place, but that wasn't an option. The one-bedroom apartment was also too cramped. A king-sized bed wouldn't fit, and the closet didn't hold all their clothes. I really liked Spring Cypress and wanted to choose it otherwise. It's a pretty place. But there just wasn't enough space or storage.

"Beautiful, close facility with helpful staff and good rooms"
We picked Spring Cypress because it’s beautiful and close to us. It’s a newer place and really nice. The rooms are good-sized. We chose a smaller room for my mom, and it’s just right for her needs. The staff has been very helpful and gone above and beyond. I definitely recommend it to others.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
The community seemed nice, but it was too large, and they didn't have a ground-floor room for easy dog potty breaks.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails Elderly Resident During Pandemic"
We were told that our loved one would start with a certain level of care and could get more if needed, even up to hospice. But now they’re saying they can’t provide the extra care he requires. Last week, they said he had to move to the first floor due to fire safety rules. It seems like he went from the second floor to the first floor and now out the door. Is this because they don’t have space for him on the first floor? Dumping an 85-year-old man during a COVID-19 pandemic is neither professional nor ethical.”

"Nice place, but might be too costly for budget"
Very nice place. I really liked it, but it might be too expensive at $3,950 plus $300.
