This place takes great care of my mother. She's been there for 6 months and loves it. When I visit, the staff is always kind to her, which means a lot to me and the management. Their care services are excellent and match the quality of the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a good home for their grandparents or parents.

"Working out nicely!"
Our family member has done really well since moving to Stagecoach Senior Living. The staff and community have been super helpful, and our loved one enjoys the tasty meals. The place is always clean and well-maintained.

"Great Community with One Issue"
We stayed at this place for a short visit, and it was good. The staff were friendly and took care of my dad's needs. This is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen. My dad loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the nice view outside. The food was like homemade, and my dad liked it. The only problem was when they moved my dad from his wheelchair to the bed, they didn't use the lift I gave them, and my dad got hurt. It wasn't serious, but it could have been avoided. I think I would recommend this place

"Dismal experience with dementia care at pricey assisted living facility"
My mom, who has dementia, was in this place for just a day, and it cost us a serious amount of money (we didn't get anything back). When she first arrived, she could walk fine but after only two nights something had happened. They told us they thought she might have fallen out of bed. They didn't tell any of us until the next day. She had to struggle through the whole night with her broken hip. By the morning, she was in so much pain she couldn't get up. The guy in charge took an outrageous fee for evaluating mom before her admission. He claimed all nursing homes do that but I found out later that wasn't true - he made me write the check to him and not the home. This place really isn't cut out for folks with dementia unless they can't walk. The people they have working there don't seem to be enough and even though it's clean there, I noticed the floors were frequently wet with signs saying 'wet floor.' That should have tipped me off. I feel terrible for leaving mom there...

"Great Nurse but Unorganized Tour and Best for High-Need Residents"
The nurse was very kind, but the person who was supposed to give us a tour was missing. This place is definitely best for folks who require extensive care.

"Lovely Place, but Pricey"
This place was really beautiful, like, really beautiful. I wanted my mom to live there, but it cost too much. I gave it three stars for value because it's expensive. I get why it costs a lot, but it would be better if they could lower the price. Besides that, everything else was good. The location and parking were good. It's a really nice place with friendly people.

"Searching for Better Care: Current Assisted Living Isn't Cutting It"
Our family member's experience at this assisted living facility has been less than satisfactory. Since the original owners moved away, care quality has taken a dip. The staff just can't seem to deliver what our loved one needs. There are constantly new faces, making it challenging for our family member to get comfortable. Plus, they've stopped having a dedicated chef, which means the workers have to juggle cooking and care. This has led to diet rules being ignored - for example, despite the doctor's orders for a low-salt diet, our loved one is frequently served foods like pizza and hot dogs. There is also a lack of meaningful activities, leaving our loved one feeling bored and disengaged. The facility isn't following our request for bathroom assistance either, despite their promises. Our loved one falls often and shouldn't be left alone but is ignored anyway. Whenever we catch them, the employees seem shocked. We've voiced our concerns several times, but nothing has improved. We're now exploring other options.

"Great care, minor hiccups"
This place is pretty good overall! My family member is having a good time, and the workers are really nice and loving. There have been a few problems, though. The food has been sometimes good, sometimes not so good during the past year she’s lived here, but lately, it’s gotten better. Also, they seem to hire new people a lot. But they take good care of my family member, and she’s happy, which is what really matters.

EXCELLENT!!!! Beautiful and well organized. We arrived 2 hours early and were welcomed in. Everything looked wonderful. The residents were happy, clean, and well taken care of. My only concern, which might be a plus, is that there are sometimes young children (ages 2, 6, 7, and 10) around. Most older women might love that, but I'm not sure how my Dad will feel about it. Still, this is my top choice.
