"Good Service, but Limited Space for Activities"
The person who helped us get started at Simpatico was really great. We had a nice tour of the place, but we noticed that there wasn’t a lot of space for people to move around and do things, especially where they take care of folks with memory issues. We were hoping for a bigger area for our family member to enjoy.

"Insufficient Staff and Terrible Food at Assisted Living Facility"
They're always low on staff. The food is awful. They've switched chefs multiple times. They just don't have enough assistance.

"Mixed Impressions at Simpatico East"
We took a virtual tour of Simpatico East, and I wasn't super impressed with its appearance. It's a big place, which we didn't think our loved one would prefer. However, the administrative staff is fantastic.

"Confident Choice for Our Family"
Even though we couldn’t visit in person, we think the Cambria assisted living facility is well-prepared for residents. The staff, especially , was friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the studio and “alcove” layouts, and their COVID-19 precautions made us feel confident. We haven’t decided yet, but we’d trust our family here.

"Avoid this Appalling Assisted Living Facility for Senior Citizens"
This facility is truly dreadful. The meals are hideous, sometimes downright impossible to eat. The administration is absurd, the personnel lack basic training, and the room I saw was dirty with visible mold and dampness. If you care about your senior loved ones, never consider this place.

"Unbearable Living Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is seriously terrible! The meals were disgusting, sometimes you couldn't even eat them. The people working there weren't nice at all and they didn't seem to care about us, not one bit. The people in charge are completely clueless. Our rooms were covered in mold and mildew, the air conditioning was broken, and everything was always really dirty. The vacuum cleaner stopped working, so nobody cleaned my room for weeks. If you really love your family members, don't let them live here.

"Friendly Assisted Living, but Too Large for Mom"
Sunridge at Cambria is a nice place, but it's too big for my 87-year-old mom. She'd prefer a smaller community where she doesn't feel overwhelmed. The marketing director, , was friendly and helpful.

"Great Assisted Living with Neat Garden and Friendly Staff"
My dad lives in this neat, friendly community. The food is good but could be better. He enjoys daily activities like balloon volleyball, and the garden area is well maintained.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I went to this place with my husband. It has two floors but no elevators. I didn't see where they take care of people with memory problems. The people working there were nice, and the place looked clean.

"Sunridge at Cambria Excels in Assisted Living!"
I checked out a few places for assisted living, and Sunridge at Cambria is doing really well. The staff is nice and helpful, and they offer lots of activities for the residents. The place is kept pretty neat.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Tour Experience"
We went to check out this place when we were looking for options, but it didn't go well. We tried to schedule a tour beforehand, but when we got there, they didn't seem to know we were coming and weren't ready for us. Also, it was farther away than we wanted. Overall, it was pretty disappointing.
