"Caring and Engaging Assisted Living at Sunrise"
My grandparent recently moved from living on their own to living at Sunrise, an assisted living place. The people who work there are really nice and pay attention to everyone, which makes it feel welcoming. The buildings and grounds are kept up nicely, and they offer lots of things to do that keep the residents busy. My grandparent has dementia but can still do a lot on their own. But because safety is important, the staff are always there, day and night, to make sure everyone is okay. Knowing that they are in good hands at Sunrise makes me feel better. Moving to Sunrise has made my grandparent's life better, and it's a happy place for them to live.

"Great Staff and Easy Move-In Process"
The staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch were awesome. Moving in and out was super easy, and everyone was really helpful. My loved one had a unique situation, so we couldn’t join all the activities. The rooms were a good size, and the food was okay. There were some staffing problems and a lot of construction. I’d still recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch because the staff were great, and the issues seemed temporary or were being fixed.

"Friendly, Family-Oriented Senior Home with Helpful Residents"
Sunrise of Cinco Ranch feels like a family home for seniors. My mom is doing great here. She, like other residents, helps the staff with daily tasks and assists those who need more help. The place is very friendly. I would recommend it to family and friends.

"Mixed Feelings at Sunrise: Good Staff, Poor Healthcare Management"
At Sunrise, some things are great, like the friendly concierge, housekeeping, maintenance crew, and chef. My family member stayed in a nice companion room. The nurses and med techs are skilled. But, the healthcare isn't so good because there aren't enough staff, especially on weekends. We often have to be there to help care for our loved one. There aren't enough staff for the number of residents, and many employees leave. Also, the management isn't great; they've given me wrong information a few times. I don't feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for. Overall, Sunrise has good and bad points.

"Mixed Experience at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch"
We had a nice tour at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch, but they said they were full and put us on a waiting list. They didn’t seem very eager to sell the place.

"Complex Pricing, Less Social Atmosphere in Assisted Living Facility"
I've checked out a lot of places for my mom. I visited this one and spent half an hour just on paperwork. It felt like they were trying to convince me their prices were fair. Instead of saying, "We hope you'll like it here," they were more like, "Oh, she'll love it. Everyone's happy here." Funny thing is, I didn't see or chat with any actual residents during my visit. That bothered me because I like places where folks are active and social, not cooped up in their rooms. The place itself is pretty, but it wasn't as friendly as other spots. Also, their billing was complicated. The cost changed depending on how much care you needed, adding treatment to treatment. I prefer a simple, all-in-one price without all those extra costs and details.

"Warm, inviting community, but lacked necessary care for my husband."
I really liked living near this community. However, we had to move my husband because they couldn't give him the care he needed. The place and the people who worked there were really nice. They even gave me a book with everyone’s contact information and what they do, so I knew who to talk to if we had any problems. Everyone was polite and seemed to genuinely care. Whenever they needed to talk to me, they made sure to reach out, whether by text or phone call. They always looked after my husband’s best interests. When we had to move him, they were really sorry about it. What I especially liked was that all the staff wore different colored uniforms depending on their job, so we knew who to ask for if we needed a nurse. Everyone was so friendly. They knew my husband's name and even greeted me

"Friendly staff, clean, but pricey"
We visited this place for care, and the staff was friendly. The parts we saw looked clean. We didn't see everything, but it was a bit more expensive than we could afford. Families should visit to see if it meets their needs.

"Consider Touring This Pleasant Community"
My visit to this place was really good. Everyone was nice to my family and me. The place looked well-maintained. The staff we met were nice too. It was a nice experience overall. We had to consider many things before deciding where to move my mom. Even though we didn't choose this place, I think it's worth taking a tour. It's a nice place.

"Beautiful Facility but Too Expensive for Us"
I visited this place and saw a really nice community. But the cost of living here was too high for us. They offered full assistance, which we didn't need, so it was more than we could afford.

"Expected More from Assisted Living Facility"
I had a fine tour and saw the pleasant appearance of the facility. The community, however, appeared to increase the care cost by about 2,000 dollars. The staff didn't seem very experienced and even though the place looked attractive, I didn't feel quite at home.

"Found the perfect place for my parents!"
My parents love it here. The community is amazing. The food is so good, I eat here whenever I can! They have lots of activities and take trips in a limo or mini bus. They are doing everything right, and I've seen a big change in my parents. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs and care about the residents.

"Toni was super nice and helpful."
We talked to Toni a few times while looking for places. She was really on top of things and called me a lot. Some places never got back to us, but Toni always did. The place was a bit too fancy for us, but when we told Toni we chose another place, she was super nice and happy for us. She even told us we'd be in good hands.

"Hidden Costs at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch"
At Sunrise of Cinco Ranch, the cost skyrocketed beyond my expectations. I clearly outlined my parents' needs upfront, but once they arrived, the price jumped by a whopping 40%. That doesn't seem fair. While the facility is lovely and the staff friendly, I can't recommend it due to the steep increase. They also charge for services they don't provide. My parents are happy, but the hidden costs are a concern.

"Toni was knowledgeable and caring, but location could be an issue."
Toni knew a lot about her job. She cared about what's best for mom. Even though we won't choose her place, Toni is sending someone to evaluate mom. She wants us to know exactly what we need in a care home. I liked the activities they do, even on Saturdays. The residents seemed happy and engaged. The only issue might be the location.

"Best place for mom - Highly impressed and reassured"
I had to move my elderly mother to Houston before I could get my family settled. I felt sure that this place would take great care of her while I was getting things organized in Texas. They were really helpful and seemed to care about who my mom is and what she needs, rather than just focusing on her bank account. The last place in Florida was all about taking our money and didn’t provide nearly as good care. Even though my mom has only been here a few weeks, from the first meeting, tour, and paperwork, I knew this was the best place for her!

"Fantastic facility with excellent memory care options"
This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, and everyone we talked to was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We checked out many places for memory care, and this one was the best choice. What made it special was their three-level system for memory care, which no other place had. Most places only had high or low care, but our loved one needed something in between, and this was perfect for her.
