"Great Care and Service at Tender Care - Highly Recommended"
Tender Care is working out great. There are enough caregivers for the number of residents, and the caregivers are really good. Based on what we've seen so far, we would definitely recommend this place to other families.

"Great care, clean home, and reasonable cost at Tender Care"
My mom is at Tender Care. I’m really happy with the personal care she gets from the caregivers. They’re always kind and pay close attention. The house is always clean and smells nice. The owners quickly handle any requests we have. The cost is much better than other places I checked out.

"Caring staff make loved one feel right at home"
I have to say that my favorite thing about this place is how caring the staff are with my loved one. They’ve really made her feel at home and gone out of their way to make her comfortable. She hasn’t had any complaints about the healthy meals and loves joining in on the many activities they offer."

"Attentive Staff, Yard Needs Mowing; Activities Not Rated"
The yard needs mowing. He doesn’t join activities, so I can’t rate them. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

"Good care and friendly staff, some room for improvement."
They're doing really well. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. There was one caregiver who wasn't great, but they let her go. Elizabeth is fantastic, and the regular caregiver is very caring and loving towards the residents. The food tastes good, but all the meals I've seen have chicken bullion in them. It would be nice to have more variety in the seasoning. There aren't many activities, but they do some exercises, and my loved one gets physical therapy. I'm not sure if they have organized activities. I like this place. I looked at nine different places and chose this one because it has a cozy, small home feel and is closer to us. I don’t have to move her again, and there are no hidden costs.

"Wonderful, caring place for my father-in-law, highly recommend!"
After trying several rehab and nursing homes for my father-in-law, I wanted a place that was friendly, attentive, clean, loving, and small. I found Tender Care, met with the director, and knew immediately it was the right choice. The staff was kind and patient. We moved him in the next week. After a few days, he told us he liked it there. They’ve been great to him, even taking him to the hospital when needed. I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful place for him, and now my husband and I can relax knowing he's well cared for.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Warm Home, Friendly Staff"
She is friendly, but one lady complained that the home was too warm with two air conditioners.

She is pretty cool but one resident complained about the heat, even with 2 air conditioners in the place.
