"Underwhelming Assisted Living: Small Rooms, Shared Bathrooms, Lacking Care"
My family wasn't impressed with the place. The rooms in the memory care part weren't big. They put bathrooms between two rooms. You could pay more to have both bedrooms or just share a bathroom with someone else. They didn't give enough individual attention to the residents.

I visited The Craig Senior Living, and the place was nice. The staff were friendly and showed me around. However, they don't allow smokers, so we decided to explore other options.

The Craig is a nice place. The pandemic changed some things, like how they deliver food to us residents now. They have lots of activities for us to do, even with the pandemic going on.

"Beautiful and Friendly Independent Living at The Craig"
We mainly checked out the Independent Living part at The Craig and were really impressed. It's such a lovely place! Everyone was nice and polite. The gardens and surroundings are amazing. We only got a quick look at the Assisted Living section, and at first glance, it didn't seem to match what we were searching for. We'll have to visit again before deciding.

"Beautiful Place with Some Reservations"
We mostly explored the Independent Living area at The Craig, and we were really impressed. The place is gorgeous, and everyone was nice and polite. The grounds are stunning. Although we only had a quick tour of the Assisted Living section, it didn’t seem like the right fit for us. We’ll need to visit again before deciding.

"Assisted Living Feels Like a Nursing Home, Hospital-like Rooms"
I checked out this place and their independent living seems okay. But the assisted living part felt more like a nursing home. The rooms there were super small, almost like hospital rooms. They had a dining area with a buffet that seemed nice though. I talked to the supervisors, they seemed to know their stuff. But we passed on it because the location wasn't right.
