"Welcoming Place with Active and Happy Seniors"
The Enclave is a great place for seniors. They have lots of activities to keep everyone busy and happy. We chose this place because it’s close by and felt really welcoming when we visited. The residents are always moving around and staying active.

"Senior Living Facility Falls Short, Needs Improvement"
The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living seemed promising, but disappointingly fell short. The staff initially appeared helpful, but after my mom moved in, we discovered otherwise. The Executive Director was fired recently, and despite corporate feedback sessions, no improvements have been made. They need to hire more and better staff. Meals take too long, and the dining area isn't clean. My mom stopped eating there because it made her feel sick. Activities are limited. This community is not recommended. My mom describes it as an "old folks home" and wishes for a place that fosters seniors' well-being and activity. Enclave doesn't fit the bill.

"Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff!"
Like everyone else, they're dealing with staffing challenges. But the staff who worked with our loved one were really good people. Our loved one enjoyed the meals, and even though she didn't join the activities, there was always something happening. What sold us was the spacious room – a huge apartment with a nice balcony, all for the same price as smaller places. We'd recommend The Enclave at Round Rock to other families based on our experience.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises, Caution Advised"
My mother-in-law stays here. They promised many services but didn't deliver. Examples: The only vehicle for outings was broken for about 4 months. Staff turnover was high. They lacked a cook for weeks, so the wait staff tried to cook, but it wasn't good. We pay for meds supervision due to memory problems. Despite being told to watch her take them, they often don't, leading to days of missed doses. They're supposed to have a staff doctor, but in reality, they only handle trivial issues. Even in emergencies, they're clueless on how to provide care, leaving us with the only option of an expensive ambulance ride to the ER. Don't place anyone you love here unless they're completely independent and can drive. If you need more than just an apartment with a cafeteria, this place is not safe.

"Clean and Friendly, But Not Our Fit"
I visited this place, and it was nice. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they had lots of new stuff. It just wasn’t what we wanted.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities at The Enclave"
The apartment was really nice. The nurses and staff were super friendly. They had lots of activities my mom enjoyed like bingo and card games. She also liked the food and had no complaints. I would recommend The Enclave at Round Rock to others.

"Noticeable Improvements with New Management"
They've had a few management changes, but it was for the better. I've seen a big improvement over the last 6 months. When choosing a place for your loved one, do your research and try to talk with people who aren't part of the tour. I'm just learning this after caring for a couple of loved ones, but that's how you really find out about the community. Get to know the Director of Nursing and her assistant if you need them. Also, be friendly with the Director, because they will help you out. They give you direct access, unlike other places. Great job on the noticeable improvements - keep striving for excellence!

"“Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility”"
The building looks nice, and the people living there are friendly. But the leaders don’t do a good job, and the care is lacking. You might want to find another place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

The visit to this place was pretty nice. They showed us around well and gave us the info I wanted. It wasn't our top pick because it didn't feel right for my family member.
