"Avoid This Assisted Living Nightmare"
My relative stayed at Chisolm Trail Estates Senior Living, and it was a total disaster. The top issue? The Executive Director and Director of Nursing lack basic social skills and fail to keep their promises. They neglect quality care and dodge questions about it. I wouldn’t advise this place to anyone.

"Great memory care with attentive staff and plenty of activities."
For memory care, Chisholm Trail Estates is highly recommended. The staff, activities, and prices all impress me. The staff are caring and encourage my loved one to join in the activities. There are plenty of activities to keep them engaged. My loved one is happy here, which makes me happy too.

"Mixed Feelings: Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is nice and has lots of land. The staff is friendly and helpful. But, the food isn't great. It seems like they care more about making money than making residents happy. They serve beans and cabbage a lot! They don't tell us about events or changes very well either. The prices are lower than most places and the rooms are bigger, but the food and TV are really important to old folks. The TV service they give us doesn't have a guide, so we don't know what's on. It's okay if you're okay with making your own food and paying extra for a TV guide. No place is perfect, but the food needs to be edible, and something the staff would eat too.

"Top Choice for Comfortable Independent Living"
This place is a good choice for independent living. They also offer ‘bridge’ care for memory care. It’s very affordable, and most of the staff have been here for over 10 years. Residents seem really happy, and the staff interacts a lot with them. It’s at the top of my list. The facility is older, but there are some improvements in progress under new ownership. I felt comfortable here.”

"Decent-sized rooms, older facility, friendly staff, limited to 1-bedrooms"
I visited several places to find a home for my parents, who needed to move from independent to assisted living. This place is a bit older, but the rooms are decent and a bit bigger than some others I saw. They only have 1-bedroom options, from what I was shown. Overall, the staff seemed pretty nice.

The staff is nice and helps a lot. But it would be better if we could email specific questions about patients instead of just telling someone verbally. I know the nurses are busy, so a short email reply would be really helpful for knowing what to do next.

"Great Place for Parents to Stay"
My parents stayed here for just over 2 weeks and they loved it. I hope they can come back once my dad is out of the hospital. I’ve tried the food and it’s good. The staff is nice and helpful. When I visit, they always ask how my parents are doing. I would recommend this place.

"Friendly Staff and Pleasant Atmosphere Make for a Nice Experience"
If you have to move into a place with others, this is a nice place to be. I liked living here. The people who work here were nice and welcoming. I didn't need a lot of help, but I enjoyed being around them. All in all, it was a good time.

"Disappointing experience: No staff, confusing entry. Rated one star."
I went to this place for an appointment, but there was nobody there to help me, and they were rude. When I finally got in, I couldn't remember where I was supposed to go because they just gave me a security code and left me on my own. I'm giving it one star."
