"Review: Legacy at Town Square Can't Manage Memory Care"
Legacy at Town Square just can't handle proper memory care. I initially chose it cause they seemed really caring and attentive to what my husband required. But barely four days in, they found him too tough to handle.

"Communication Lacking, Otherwise Nice Facility with Good Staff"
The only problem I had was that the director and nurse didn't communicate well. My grandma fell a few times and they never let me know. The place and the workers are really nice, though. It costs a lot, but as long as they take good care of her, I'm okay with that.

"More Space Needed for Walking: Second Choice for Assisted Living"
This place was my second option. We didn't pick it because we needed more room for my loved one to move around without getting confused.

"Best Assisted Living Community with Great Activities Calendar"
I would definitely come back here. We've checked other places, and this one is the best. The staff keeps us well-informed, and we're figuring out the best way to communicate with the new director. The community recently lost their assistant activities director and had a COVID outbreak, which affected the activities. Still, they have a great calendar of events for the residents.

"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living Facility"
This community is good, but my mom couldn't stay long because she needed more care than they could give for memory issues. They've had a lot of leadership changes, which affects how many staff they have. It's tricky to communicate because you might talk to one person one time and someone else the next.

"Not Quite Right for Us"
This place felt like an independent living community, and it was beautiful. Sadly, it didn't suit my loved one.

"Mixed Experience at The Legacy Assisted Living Facility"
My family member stayed briefly at The Legacy, not due to any fault of the community. While she was there, I found it to be a nice place, especially with its attractive grounds. Everything seemed pleasant, but there weren't enough staff to meet my loved one's needs. When she first moved in, the laundry piled up high. Several staff members assured us it would be taken care of that day, but the soiled bedding and clothing remained for days. Overall, the community was clean, except for the laundry issue, which may be due to their struggles to keep staff. I would recommend The Legacy for assisted living or memory care needs. However, my loved one required more intensive care than they could provide. Other residents seemed more mobile and were doing well. Memory care residents get a medical alert bracelet, but my loved one preferred Life Alert. She forgot to use the bracelet preventively, not just after an accident. I don't blame the community for incidents; she just needs more supervision. Unfortunately, The Legacy wasn't right for my loved one, but it could be perfect for others. It's more attractive than nearby communities. Special thanks to [name removed]—she was fabulous! She gave us a tour, helped us settle in, and went above and beyond to ease the transition.

"Impressive Assisted Living for Parkinson's Patients"
I toured Legacy at Town Square for my Dad with Parkinson's Disease. The state-of-the-art facility left a strong impression, and I would recommend it.

"Informative and Friendly Assisted Living, Small and Caring Environment"
We really like this place. We just wish they would do a better job keeping us informed during COVID. They try hard to have activities, but they had to stop many because of the virus. We liked the staff a lot. They were very friendly, and the building was newer. People here seemed to really care. It's on the smaller side, which was a big reason we chose it. The rooms are good enough. We think the food is great, and if they serve something you don't like, you can pick from another menu with sandwiches and burgers.
