"Mixed Feelings About The Oaks"
Taking medicine is a big deal for older folks. If you need that kind of help, avoid The Oaks. But if you don't need help with meds, it's a pleasant place. We wanted a spot close to home.

"Therapy On-Site and Small Community Sold Us, Great Marketing Help"
I liked that they had therapy right there. The smaller community was also something we liked. The person who does their marketing, was really great and played a big role in convincing me this would be a good place for my Mom. Unfortunately, she has moved out since then.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our experience at the assisted living facility was mixed. We had some issues with how they managed medications and followed up with us. This was really important to us. However, my loved one enjoyed being around the people there, liked the food, and was happy with everything else. We thought the doctor was good, and the physical therapy was excellent. Some of the staff were very friendly, but others were not as nice. Overall, it's a beautiful and nice facility.

"Great Front, Plain Back: A Solid Choice"
Our family took a tour, and this place could have easily been one of our top choices. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the building was pretty new and very clean. The front of the building is beautifully decorated with flowers and great landscaping, but the back is pretty plain. There aren’t any bushes or flowers, and it’s just lacking in color.

"Impressive staff and director limited activity visibility during visit."
Our family visited in person and it was pleasant. The director was nice and friendly. Since our tour was during lunch, we didn't see many activities. We did talk to the nurse and her assistant, who were excellent at answering our questions.

"Lack of Compassion Amid Pandemic at Assisted Living Facility"
If your loved one is physically capable, it's a pleasant place for them. Unfortunately, my loved one fell and broke a bone. When I asked for details, they claimed the hallway cameras weren't working that day. Shockingly, they didn't even offer condolences after my loved one's passing during the pandemic.

"Assisted Living Review"
This place is really nice. When we first walked in, it looked very fancy. They have their own rehab center inside, which is not something we saw in many places. There seems to be a lot of things to do for the residents in the assisted living part of the facility.

"Assisted Living Letdown"
I shared details, but they couldn’t help. Waste of time.
