"Neglectful and Unorganized Experience at The Oaks at Liberty Grove"
Our time at The Oaks at Liberty Grove was not great. The receptionist and tour guide were both friendly and helpful. Initially, everything seemed ready for my husband's move. But, just a day before the planned move, many things were not taken care of. I spent a lot of time rushing around to fix them. They did not know how to give my husband his medicine, and so I had to stay and help. When I called the owner to discuss this, we had several issues. Plus, the room temperature was stuck at 85 degrees, making it uncomfortably hot. They informed me that they couldn't care for my husband as he required two-person assistance, which they couldn't provide. Without informing me, they moved my husband and I was left clueless about his whereabouts. We encountered numerous issues with this facility and I don't suggest it for others seeking similar services.
