"Unprofessional Staff and Rude Reception at Assisted Living"
The staff here is really unprofessional. There's no one around to answer the side door in the early morning. The receptionist is super rude and unprofessional. And get this, a worker was left waiting outside for like 30 to 40 minutes just to get inside the building. Even the nursing staff is rude and acts like they don't care.

"Good tour, but outdated and pricey"
Our tour at The Tradition was good, but the facility had an 80's chic style with board panel walls and dark colors. It wasn't a good fit for my loved one, who wanted something more modern. It was also more expensive than the place she eventually chose.

"Blindsided by Assisted Living Facility: Lack of Empathy and Hidden Costs"
Mom started out independent, then went to respite care, and finally ended up in the hospital. When we met with the care team, it was a group of three administrators, including the VP of Dallas/Houston, the VP of Houston, the director of marketing, and the new director of nursing (who had only been on the job for two weeks and had minimal contact with my mom). They talked about moving her to assisted living or memory care, even though she had just been admitted to the hospital. Here are the issues we faced: 1. If Mom needed more than eight medications, including vitamins, Tylenol, hand lotion, and chapstick (since she could eat it), there was an extra fee. 2. They suggested 24-hour care from a licensed RN agency, which I would have to pay for. And just in case the RN didn't show up, there was an additional fee. 3. They even proposed independent living with 24-hour RN care. But if we tried that, the VP threatened to call Adult Protective Services. I strongly advise against this company. They catch you off guard when your loved one is seriously ill, pretending it's all about compassion, but really, they use intimidation and bullying. It's clear they lack empathy for family members during such a tough time.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, and it was great. There weren't many rules, so we got a good sense of the place. However, we felt it might be too much for our loved one.

"Best Assisted Living Choice!"
Our experience at The Tradition was amazing! It’s like living at The Four Seasons—gorgeous, brand new, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was professional, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. Their personal touch sets them apart from large corporate communities. We made the best decision!

"Friendly and Helpful Staff at a Safe Facility"
Every time I visit or call the facility, I get answers right away with no delay. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. This is definitely one of the nicest and safest places I’ve seen in a long time. I’m not sure if I’ll be there in May, but I have to say that they have the nicest people. They are always there to help when the doctors need something and never fail to return a call or text. That’s really valuable.
