"Limited Professional Care & Parking, Good Food in Assisted Living"
The place didn't have professional nurses. They talked about fire safety and using firewalls in the stairways, which made the tall building seem less frightening. I only met a sales woman, not a nurse. Finding parking was really hard! The courtyard area was a letdown, but the food tasted good, had variety, and the portions were fine.

"Disorganized, lacking care, focused on sales, disappointing activities, mediocre food."
The Tradition promised much but delivered little. Parents disappointed. Care lacking.

"Unkept Promises and Poor Care at The Tradition"
The Tradition made a lot of empty promises. My parents moved into the assisted living section in February and are disappointed enough to leave by September. It feels like there's a new staff member, medical director or consulting doctor every other day. Our car was taken (but thankfully later found) by one of The Tradition's employees. Overall, they're not on top of things and their care staff is not even halfway competent. There are a few gems among the hosting, but it seems like this place mostly banks on its nice-looking lobby, smooth-talking sales team, and the activities director who can't even bother to respond to emails. They seem more interested in making new sales than anything else. Their daily activities can barely be called activities and their food is barely above average.

"Caring staff and great value"
This is a great place for care. The community is clean and well-kept. We love the caring staff. The menu has healthy and tasty options, and she really enjoys it. I'm glad to see her joining in the activities. We recommend this community for good care and value.

"Comfort and Care at Traditions Assisted Living"
After checking out a few places, we found that Traditions was the perfect match. Everywhere we went, we received friendly greetings. The staff knew their stuff when we had questions. The spaces were well-lit and spotless. Most importantly, we felt a calm assurance that Mom was in good hands when she moved in.
